  Terrible process, they need to implement standard operating procedures to track what their reps are doing. They promised me they would be able to get insurance to replace my roof (which seemed too good to be true) and that if they had to, they would work with a public adjuster at no cost to myself to get it approved. He took pictures of my roof and did an attempt to repair to submit to insurance. After following up with their rep many times over a period of months, he stopped returning my calls when I was only looking for an update on what insurance was telling him. I’m a really understanding and patient person, so I called the office and told them what was going on. The receptionist was really nice, apologized and sent another person out to take more pictures and do another attempt to repair. After communication stopped with this person as well I reached out to my insurance company myself which is when I found out they never even submitted anything to insurance! So basically, they promised they would handle everything with insurance and get my roof replaced only to find out they didn’t do the bare minimum of submitting anything at all to insurance. Having multiple claims opened can potentially cause your provider to drop your policy. I would have completely understood if they followed the process they outlined but insurance denied the claim. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE CONTRACTOR REACH OUT TO EMERSON HOME SERVICES IN MARIETTA. EMERSON HOME SERVICES FOLLOWED THROUGH ON EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, SET REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS, COMMUNICATED ALL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS AND GOT MY ROOF REPLACED THROUGH STATE FARM. PERIMETER ROOFING REALLY DROPPED THE BALL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

  I initially had a good experience when my roof was installed by Perimeter Roofing. The work quality was solid. Recently, I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling and contacted Perimeter Roofing first. Their technician was professional and determined the issue was not the roof itself but an aging dryer duct that needed replacement. The issue was an active leak with rain in the forecast, but Perimeter Roofing could not schedule the repair until late the following week. I contacted two other reputable roofing companies who could both quote and complete the work within a day or two. I moved forward with one of them and notified Perimeter Roofing. Only after I declined did Perimeter Roofing say they could suddenly get someone out sooner. When I still chose to proceed with the other company, I was told my roof warranty would be voided if I used another contractor. That felt like an attempt to strong arm me into staying with them. I went forward with the other company anyway. Without sharing Perimeter’s quote, every other estimate I received was at least three hundred dollars less. Based on those quotes, Perimeter Roofing appears to mark up repair work by roughly 20 to 25 percent for existing customers. Because of the strong arm tactics and inflated repair pricing, I will not do business with Perimeter Roofing again. I have shared this experience with neighbors and local HOAs so others can make an informed decision

  Austin never showed up when he said he would and they left a dumpster in my driveway and in front of my garage door four days before they even started the job I was told that it would only be there for two days so my wife car was stuck in there for 5 days I called multiple times to have it moved but nobody ever came so it was there for 5 days.

  Stay away from these guys. They sent two guys out over a two week span to look at a leak and told me I'd get pricing for a repair. I never heard back after being told it would be 72 hours to get an estimate nearly two weeks ago now. I'm now 4 weeks from when I called originally and the reps have ghosted me. Don't waste your time.

  Very unprofessional, I had to follow up for weeks just to get things moving. While work was getting done, workers peed in our back yard, they left trash everywhere. They lied to the adjustor about work that was said to be done, but we caught on and company still expected me to pay for the additions they said they did. After weeks of going back and fourth and them threatening me I put my foot down and demanded proof of some of the services and they were not able to provide it so they were forced to reduce the price. And even then they were treating us like we did something wrong. I would never recommend this company. Not reliable and I had to hire another company to inspect and repair where needed.

  If you are a personal home owner, I’d avoid using this company. I’m sure they get a ton of sales because their intake process from inspection to coordinating with insurance for inspections, payouts, etc was seamless and such a pleasant experience. It’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one…. The problem is I’ve now gone 3 months without a new roof. There’s no communication and constant excuses. It’s always “I’ll look into x” but it never happens. This has been such a frustrating experience. My guess is sales does a phenomenal job intaking leads/jobs but they prioritize jobs from most to least lucrative. I was only covered for a partial roof replacement but was assured it will convert to a full replacement. Basically was told everything I could possibly want to hear. Well a month ago I received a call from my adjuster that they submitted for a full roof replacement without any docs or photos so of course it was denied. I received my partial payout 2 months ago!!! I had to call my rep at perimeter roofing and they had no clue how that could happen and of course provided a ton of excuses which none have been addressed.

  I've worked with Perimeter on two roof replacements this year. One larger, more complex one and one smaller. In both Shannon handled all the insurance, planning and execution. They've done most of the roofs in our neighborhood, Chateau Elan as well. Process was easy and cleanup was perfect. Alec with Perimeter did our gutters too and couldn't recommend him more, also. I like knowing if anything happens down the road they're going to stand by the work.

  These guys were great to work with!! When their team arrived around 7:30am, they had our things moved, plants covered and were on the house removing the old roof with 15 minutes. The new roof was complete and everything was picked up before dinner time, the same day, and the roof looks great!!

  Just stopped by to share how incredible working with Brooke and Garrison was... Brooke is the true definition of a Shero when I wanted to give up on the entire process she kept me encouraged and held my hand along the way and I know that is above and beyond the scope of work. Several other companies stopped communicating with me all together when I was unsure if insurance would deny my claim but not Brooke she stayed the course and words can not express my appreciation for all the hard work, answered questions, late night text and of course my vent sessions about unfair treatment by the insurance company. She celebrated just as hard as I did when I finally got approved. Thanks a Million

  I hate calling service people out to my house, but I reluctantly got a referral to Perimeter Roofing from my neighbor because my roof was leaking.   Perimeter performed a perfect roof replacement service. In particular Michael Tweedy worked closely with the insurance company to insure full roof replacement. Cannot thank the entire organization enough for job well done

  Really great experience from start to finish! Brooke contacted my insurance company due to hail damage that they discovered and walked me through all of the necessary steps for my insurance claim, met with my insurance adjuster to make sure he saw everything and they even helped me secure financing for the project. The new roof was finished quickly and everything was done just as promised. I am very pleased with my new roof. It was such a pleasure working with this company and I highly recommend!
