I called the number on the web site for Williams Brothers Roof Repair and was answered with, "Hello, are you calling for pricing or to schedule?" When I answered affirmatively, I was told, "Hold a moment while I transfer you to someone better able to assist you," or something to that effect. That was the entirety of the conversation. I was transferred and greeted by someone who identified themselves as being with AmeriPro Roofing. When I expressed confusion, they explained Williams Brothers sends them their 'overflow' when they're not taking new customers. I do a lot of research before reaching out to vendors. If I wanted to call AmeriPro, I would have called AmeriPro. I have never once come across a business that answers their phone and then, without explanation, transfers me to an entirely different company. It reeks of bait and switch (a 4.8 company sending me to a 4.2 company) at worst or, at best, a total lack of care for why a potential customer might be reaching out to them. Very surprised by this experience, given the otherwise positive reviews.

We had a beautiful new roof put on after our 11 year old roof started leaking from bad shingles. ricky and his crew did an excellent job with the roof replacement, and the price was very fair. They are a certified roofing contractor, so we also got a stronger warranty than the basic coverage. mike kept the project moving, kaleb was easy to work with, and the whole team was reliable, on time, and professional from start to finish. They explained the shingles, flashing, and cleanup process in simple terms, and the finished roof looks great. i would hire them again right away because the workmanship, value, and warranty were all outstanding.

Definitely recommend! After dealing with several roof leaks on our older roof, we decided it was time for a full roof replacement. I had been researching roofing options and trying to figure out the best fix, and their videos and online …

When it was time to replace our roof, I paid close attention to the roof repair and roofing crews working on nearby homes and asked a few neighbors about their results. After getting three estimates from recommended contractors, I decided to go with Williams Brothers Roof Repair because the estimate was clear, the roofing materials were explained well, and the whole process felt professional from the start. Kaleb did a careful inspection and pointed out the parts of the roof that needed the most attention, including areas that could lead to leaks if left alone. The crew handled the job very well, stayed organized, and kept communication easy throughout the project. They worked efficiently, installed quality shingles, and made sure the roof replacement was done right. The project stayed on budget, the cleanup was thorough, and the finished roof looks great. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the service, and the final result, and I would highly recommend them for roof repair or a full roof replacement.

Mike got in touch with me about the storm damage on my roof, and we went over everything in a clear, easy way. He explained the insurance process, checked the damage carefully, and helped get my claim approved for a full roof replacement. The new shingles were a better quality than the original builder-grade roofing materials, which gave me a lot more confidence in the job. His roofing crew worked fast and stayed organized from tear-off to installation. They had the old roof removed and the new one installed in just a few hours, and the workmanship looked solid. They also did a thorough cleanup around the property when the job was done. What really stood out was how much help Mike gave with the insurance paperwork and payment process. Dealing with a claim after storm damage can be stressful, but he made it much easier and kept things moving. I’m very happy with the full roof replacement, the professionalism, and the overall service. I highly recommend reaching out to Mike if you need help with storm damage, insurance claims, or roofing work.

When we first moved into our home, we needed a full roof replacement and had a great experience. Later, when some vent flashing needed repair, we knew exactly who to call for roofing service. The crew came out to our home in Cincinnati, checked the issue, gave us an estimate, and completed the repair within just a few days. Their team was professional, prompt, and easy to work with from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed real knowledge of roofing and vent flashing repair, and made the whole process simple and stress free. It was also impressive that they remembered us after so long, which says a lot about their customer care. We are very happy to have a reliable roofer we can count on for roof repairs, maintenance, and future roofing needs. We highly recommend them for any roofing project.

We had two old skylights replaced on our home not long after we moved in. After a stretch of rainy weather in Cincinnati, we found that one skylight was leaking and needed quick attention. We were already planning to update them, but the leak moved the project up sooner than expected. We got a few estimates for the roofing and skylight work and chose the company because they could schedule the job fast, offered a fair price, and clearly explained the process. Ricky was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. The crew handled the skylight replacement efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was properly sealed. Now we do not have to stress about water getting in when it rains, and the new skylights look great and perform well. This was a smooth roofing experience overall, and when it is time for a full roof replacement down the road, we would gladly reach out again.

I'm very happy with my new storm gutters from Williams Brothers Roof Repair. After dealing with water spots on a few ceilings, I called because I thought my roof might be leaking. Mike came out to inspect everything. After checking the attic, he clearly explained that the gutters on my steep roof were too small and too shallow to handle heavy Ohio rain, so water was overflowing behind the fascia board. We decided the old undersized gutter system needed to be replaced to protect my ceilings and help prevent more moisture issues around the roofline. He also walked me through the installation process in a simple, easy way. The crew did a great job on the gutter replacement, cleaned up well, and the final inspection went smoothly. It was a pleasure meeting Mike, and I will definitely reach out again when I need future roofing work or a new roof.
