  Hello Mr Tussey, it sounds like overall you were pleased with the work, but there were a few possible areas in which there might’ve been miscommunications. We always order extra material and more than we need in order to have additional materials on site in case we were to ever run short or the areal measurements were to be off a bit. This is not something we actually charge you extra for, we simply always order more material than we need just in case. I’m sorry this was not properly conveyed to you. If you have any questions we are always willing to chat with you over the phone as well.

  We used this company for 3+ years to have multiple repairs done to our roof on a 1890 row house. We did everything they ever recommended & yet issues still persisted. Ended up having to get a whole new rubber roof on the back section of the house after all their recommendations didn’t fix anything. They claim to give you a 10 year warranty as well on said roof. Well the issues were still not fixed & the same problems now for over 3 years kept happening, leaks, ruined dry wall, paint, etc. After the umpteenth time of reaching out only for them to start ignoring us after they claimed over & over we did it “right” this time we had to call someone else. We waited almost 3 weeks by the way for them to get back to use after the latest leak & heard nothing before we found another company. The company that came out immediately found out the rubber roof wasn’t installed correctly to begin with ( we have photos of everything by the way ), it was installed in a way that it would always continue to leak. All the fixes they claimed they did were not done & if they were they weren’t done correctly. We have had to replace drywall & paint for years over the same leak. The new company came in, fixed it right before some torrential storms & there hasn’t been an issue since. I would look at any company but new heights if I were you.

  The repair didn't fix the leak in the roof and even when they promised a 2-week timeframe to do the repair, it was closer to a month.

  I recently worked with New Heights roofing and got a beautiful new roof with them. New heights was the fourth roof roofing company I called. The other companies were not confident that I would get my insurance to help me pay for this roof. There was damage, but there were also some nuances with my roof age and how it connected to the state codes in Kentucky. Jesse was able to come out and get on my roof in a short notice and navigate the intricacies of this situation. He got me a new roof and we are very happy. I would also like to thank Katie for her customer care and her communication. I am a Realtor and I will be recommending new height to my clients.

  Experience is often a good teacher and with consistency comes confidence. This is my 3rd experience with these guys and I am updating my review from a couple years ago as I am now even more confident in saying, 'they really do a great job" from first contact to final cleanup and follow-up. Feels more like buying a car and being handed the keys. 3 times a fluke? I don't think so. In have 2 friends who experienced the same. I think it's good to give credit when it is due. Good job to them.

  New Heights Roofing delivered an absolute five-star experience during our full roof replacement and gutter installation, largely thanks to the exceptional preparedness of Jesse, Jeremy, Wyatt, and Katy. Right from the initial assessment, Jesse had every detail mapped out, while Katy kept the project communication flawless by providing all schedules and delivery updates well in advance. On the day of the job, Jeremy and Wyatt were fantastic, expertly managing all the site handling and day-of communication so the process remained entirely stress-free for us. Meanwhile, the actual roof replacement crew was incredibly efficient, working together seamlessly to finish the entire roof in just around three hours! Between the lightning-fast installation, the proactive planning from the management team, and the thorough cleanup afterward, we couldn't be happier with our new roof and gutters. We highly recommend New Heights Roofing to anyone looking for a team that truly respects your time and home.

  We had a great experience with New Heights. They did an excellent job repairing our box gutters and repairing and painting the soffit/fascia. The team was professional, responsive, and did quality work. Highly recommend

  New Heights did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were on time, on budget, and incredibly helpful with the insurance process. They worked quickly and professionally, and did a great job cleaning up as well. Zero change orders or surprises. They say "the machine produces exactly what the machine is designed to produce" and they are producing an excellent customer experience! I’m very satisfied with the entire project and even more so with the process!!

  From start to finish Jesse was incredible to work with. Starting with the detailing of the process, explaining the materials to be used and introducing our project manager, Jeremy. The roof was completed in the timeframe given to us. Communication through the entire process was excellent. The roof looks amazing and we would highly recommend New heights Roofing. 2026 - Again another wonderful experience. My Mother had to get a new roof. We contacted Jesse and he stopped out right away and provided us with the detailed information. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Jesse, Wyatt and Katy are all so professional. They address any concerns and always get back to you in a prompt manner. Jesse even shares pictures of what the roof would look like with various colored shingles. We are so pleased with the outcome. It makes my Mom’s house look incredible.
