I initially scheduled an estimate with Wilcox for three windows, thinking I’d replace my central A/C first. After learning I didn’t need the A/C replaced, I planned to replace all the windows in my home. Unfortunately, they were a no-show and didn’t call for the estimate. Reliability matters to me—and like the given word, they won’t be getting a second chance from me.

Had them come out for an inspection and estimation to see if there was storm damage so that my insurance could cover the cost of the roof replacement. The estimator automatically concluded there was no storm damage just by looking inside one of the attics. He didn’t even check the roof. A month later a guy from Pro Restoration LLC came and told me that he would go on top of the roof to check for damage and indeed did find storm and hail damage. My insurance ended up covering the replacement and Pro restoration is doing the job. Big loss for Wisco roofing as they don’t even inspect correctly. Don’t recommend.

I had John out earlier this week for a free window consultation. Awesome guy took time to explain everything in detail, very respectful to the property while doing measurements around the house. Super professional though the whole appointment. Their windows seem to be very well built from the demo unit. Would definitely recommend having them out to get a quote and check out their windows.
