  Still waiting for you to install my gutters and leave guards. I have paid in full for the job ,just waiting for the service.

  A call was placed to request an estimate for a leak on my mother in laws roof. I mentioned it was somewhat urgent as she is selling her home and needed it fixed as soon as possible and to please call as soon as they could. It is now over a week later and still no return call has been received. I have a hard time understanding how contractors/businesses can continue to do this and not respond to messages. If you are busy and unable to assist then at least return the call to inform customers of that! I am sad that this is felt as acceptable. We found another roofing company who responded SAME day.

  There are not enough superlative words to describe the work they do. From start to finish they were great. There crew was terrific. Workmanship and cleanup were terrific. You wouldn’t know they were there after they were done. Jacob and Wyatt were the consummate professionals. Right from the beginning they were on top of the project. Also I was impressed that they were local and two ex marines who served our country with distinction. They are the only ones to call if you need a new roof

  Thiele was really easy to work with from the estimate to the scheduling to the work. They were very responsive and communicated well to additional items that needed to be handled along the way (this was a very large job). Thank you again!

  This family business does a tremendous job. The person who checked our roof and gave us a price was the owner. He gave us a fair price and even told us we probably could wait a year before the roof had to be replaced! On the day they did the work, the owner arrived first and the team shortly thereafter. They had the roof complete that day with the entire yard cleaned up before they left. It was amazing. This business has been in Janesville for MANY years and is trustworthy, efficient, an excellent communicator and definitely knows what they’re doing.

  This was a wonderful company to work with everyone was pleasant to work with and care about us and our home. we had to have new roof and gutters done, they were very careful and cover my flower beds so nothing got damage. The cleanup was great and checked over carefully to be sure everything was picked up. And the cost was what I was told it would be. Wonderful job and great people

  Thiele Roofing did a great job on my roof! I never felt pressured to go with them. Their price was great and their response time was quick. The crew was great and very respectful, the clean up was amazing. I looking forward to using Thiele again!

  Excellent to work with. Responsive to questions. Professional job. Great clean up. This is the second roof they have done for us over the years. Would definitely use them again and have referred them to friends and neighbors.

  I highly recommend Thiele Roofing and Construction. Jacob came over and inspected our damage and put together an estimate that we approved right away and was able to get us on schedule. They were fast and the work was top notch. Will definitely have them do work for us in the future. Thanks again

  I worked with Jacob and he was there through every step of the project. He was there when the insurance adjuster came to help explain the damage. The crew to install the roof was fast. The roof removal and replacement only took 8 or 9 hours. They replaced the gutters and again did it within a very short time. When the crews were done, everything was cleaned up and picked up. We are very pleased with the work that was done .
