  I do not appreciate being tailgated and having headlights flashed at me in a heavy rainstorm by one of your vehicles.

  I live all the way in Madison and we had a storm that caused significant hail damage. Well about a week after this company had a guy come out and was going up and down our neighborhood even though they are not local to here trying to get business. I opened my door to take my dog out for a walk and this guy was there and scared me at my door so I couldn't even avoid him. Unfortunately I never would have opened the door in the first place. Well I told him that I'm not interested because I already signed a contract with a local company and they were coming that weekend. Well, he was pretty determined to try to sell me on something and would not stop talking and I repeated that I am not interested and that I already signed a contract. He tried to tell me that the company I signed with was no good because they didn't put little pieces of tape over my vent or something like that. I said I still do not care. I already signed a contract and I'm not interested with working with your company. Well well then I left and took my dog for a walk and this man continued to follow me up the street and tried to sell me their business even though I repeatedly said I am not interested. This seems just like a scammy company coming from out of the area trying to get business from people who are in a vulnerable spot after storm damage. I did not appreciate the harassment and that he did not listen to me saying on repeat that I am not interested. I would take caution with this company if that is their way of trying to get business

  Verbal work not done. Lied to us 3 times. Told works to stop working because they said they were not going to do work agreed as part of job. They called their boss and agreed to do it so we let them finish. Two times they discussed the work …

  Carl we really do appreciate your business. We are sorry about the miscommunication regarding the addional siding work that you want completed. The addional work was not part of the original contract and would have required addional charges. We were only contracted to do roofing work. The roofing crew explained to you that they would not be doing any siding work as they are the roofing crew. If there was siding in your contract than it would have been a different crew on a different day. Although you are not happy because of the miscommunication we do hope that you enjoy your New roof with a lifetime warranty.

I looked into the photos from September of last year when we installed the gutter guards and we have pictures of the gutters being cleaned before and during the installation of the gutter guards.
