  We purchased a home in Brodhead and the owner mentioned if there were any questions on the roof to contact this person and he would help us out. After 6 months, I was looking into having a specific style of window installed above our fireplace. I called Dave. I've worked with many sales reps, both personally and professionally, but there was something different. Dave listened. He understood what we were trying to do. He didnt try to upsell anything. It was a small project one window nothing more. We had a quote with a few days. I didn't need to look any further. It was a special order window, and Dave had all the information listed. It was easy to understand, no hidden charges. I am a 3 bid kind of decision person, I didnt need 2 others to make up my mind. The installation was seamless. No mess, no worries, completed is a very short period of time. Dave came over to make sure everything was correct and we were satisfied with the work. Through all the weather events that have taken place, the window is perfect. No leaks, no worries, perfect inside and out. That was the trick, to make the window look like it was meant to be there. That's DMR. Dave listened. His experience and knowledge helped us make the right decisions even for one window. It doesn't matter if its a storm and your roof blew off. DMR is there. They listen, they care. It's not the size of the job... it IS the job. I would recommend DMR exteriors not just for a roof, but for one window too.

  We had hail damage to roof, gutters and siding. DMR was recommended to me by a friend. I worked with Dave and he was great to work with! He kept us informed on every aspect of the job. He checked in often to let us know the process, and answered any questions we had. We also had them do a new patio door and window replacement that we were very happy with. Dave always followed up on their progress and made sure we were happy with the work. The work crews were all very nice and competent, and did a great job cleaning up the site when finished. I would heartily recommend DMR exteriors!

  Dan, the owner of DMR is very caring when it comes to this country’s Veterans & I also appreciated how detail oriented he is and his staff! The roof was done absolutely beautiful after the hail damage. Thank you EMO as well for your knowledge. They can help you! Don’t go alone it against your insurance company bring knowledge bring DMR!

  We hired DMR after we got hit by a bad hail storm. They replaced our roof, siding, gutters, fascia, and window. We worked with Dan and Dave, but primarily Dave and he was great from the second we met him. He talked us through the process; inclusive of what to expect with insurance, he was on-site when we met with the insurance adjuster, and was able to answer all the questions we had along the way - if he didn't have one, he made sure to get back to us timely with an answer. He checked in often to makes sure we were happy with the work completed after each phase of the project was done; You can tell he cares about the work being done and that he wants to make sure the customer is happy! The crews that came on-site were respectful of our property, nice, and cleaned up well once done. We are happy with our experience with Dave and the work done by the DMR crews.
