Got new roof and siding last year. Siding blew off two sides of my house last November and this spring. The gutter installation crew was a no-show TWO times. I’ve given up calling because I get a recording and no one replies or calls back. …

MPC has not done any work for you. Stop writing fake reviews and get a real hobby instead of trying to tear down Professional Companies who have done work All over the nation and hold themselves to a Very High Standard.

Paul present like he is being supportive by claiming that MPC works with your insurance company but after milking your insurance company, MPC will take you court. My siding started coming apart. My windows were not repaired and I had to hire another roofer to complete the job! I do not recommend MPC.

Failed to complete contract. Refused to work with insurance company when he tried to increase fees. Now he is suing us after he refused to accept the final payment. Predatory storm chaser. DO NOT do business with this company.

We did accept the last payment. We still have not been paid in full for work completed on your project over 4 months ago. As we have stated before, we recommend having an attorney send a demand letter to your insurance company as apparently they still have not paid the final invoice amount per MPC estimate/final invoice.

We had tornado June 22nd and Paul came to my house July 27th I signed a paper thinking it was authorization to talk to insurance company because my brother and son was here and Paul stated he would handle everything regarding my insurance but after Paul (owner) called it his contract which gives 3 days but problem is I signed 7/27/24 and it stated I paid the down payment but I didn’t even get the cashiers check or give to them for almost a week later and Paul( owner) constantly calling over and over to pick it up. From time they picked up down payment i never heard from MPC or Paul unless I was emailing them or calling them and here it is September 27th2024 not 1 thing has been done. Nothing he’s now telling me I need to do everything with insurance and ask for a reinspection so I said my nerves and depression can’t handle this situation. I’ve called my doctor to be put on medication and just I will get things resolved please cancel considering my estimated time of start 8/21/24 and completed 9/20/24 and Paul now states he was having my fence done this week but not 1 call to let me know, email nothing that the fence was gonna be done and I called fence contractors and I’m absolutely not on their schedules so I said just cancel and Paul owner states that’s fine good luck but no room for my refund. Just asking for my money so my roof don’t get worse and i have a major problem inside as well and he’s refusing so ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

This company does not honor it's warranties. THEY sent out a guy to look at our ceiling stains from roof leaks (See pictures) and he agreed that there was a problem in the two areas due to the roof. He submitted his report to them but guess they didn't like his answer so they sent different guy who said that it was impossible for the roof to leak. I'm a construction superintendent for a restoration company (We don't do roofs) and we always take care of our warranties right away because we value our customers. This company has now decided that they are no longer going to communicate with me. When I call, I get their annoying AI generated message center. Great way to avoid issues. I have read a few of the reviews on this site and it looks like they just don't want to deal with any warranty issues. SO, If you care about the warranties and good customer service after the completion your project, I would pass on this company. I will be contacting and would advise anyone else having issues to call the Secretary of State and the BBB and file complaint. That is what I will be doing next. Good luck if you move forward with this company, you're going to need it. ADDED COMMENT TO YOUR COMMENT: There has been NO large storms that have come through. The weather has been almost a drought the last few years. The guy YOU sent out said that there are two issues. One being were you removed the satellite and the other from a vent. The small holes may have took awhile to show themselves in the ceiling. If your second guy felt that he had to replace the one shingle by the vent then why wouldn't you think there wasn't a problem where the satellite was. It takes writing a bad review for you to respond to me. Thanks for the horrible customer service.

ATTN: BEWARE OF SCAMMER Very long story, but I just want to be very detailed since they were about their scam plan. This is one of those “If I could give 0 stars, I would”. Originally, I had gotten a quote elsewhere and the price was a little bit too high, that’s when my friend posted on social media that he had just joined MPC and they did roofing, my friend had just started with them maybe a week. After speaking to Pompey (the sale rep whom was training my friend), and giving up all the details (including the run around with insurance and the prices that have been quoted, also letting explaining that this is our first time replacing our roof so we have no experience), Pompey immediately felt like this was a good opportunity to scam us. Especially since the trust was already within my friend (whom, like I said just started and knew little to nothing about the company, and was not aware of the situation). After some concerns, I was asked to speak to Paul (the owner of the company) he was extremely rude and arrogant, but I thought it was just a business tactic. They gave me a decent price and we signed a contract for the amount of $12,817.37 and that we would pay $6,500 and insurance was going to take care of the remainder. Again, we had been transparent about what the insurance was willing to pay so we were under the impression that they were working with us on that. 2 weeks ago by and they come out to do our roof. Everything was perfect, up until the completion of the roof. We signed a blank form that pretty much stated that the company had completed the roof and we were satisfied. I originally left a really good review for this company, but I soon after took it down. Shortly after signing and going on about our life, I recieved an email from Kaila asking for the remainder of the balance…which is now $19,372.20 (a number I’ve never seen before, a number they never presented to me, before or during the repair. And definitely not a number I agreed to pay. In the sit

MPC has replaced roof and siding last year due to the storm. Recently I had a major window leak and had found a contractor to fix it. Upon opening some boards to access the window wrap we discovered all kind of problems and missing items and shoddy work performed by MPC. Wall under the siding is wet and started to get moldy, no caulking on any o the windows, window caps missing, improper electrical re install etc.I've reached out to them to come and fix the issues since they've provided warranty. Thus far MPC has refused to address the issues. Subesequently, I've discovered that the permit pulled by MPC on my property has not been closed, despite their assurance that the inspection has been performed and passed. City of Minneapolis inspector has also been trying to reach out to them to fix the issues since it wouldnt pass the inspection as is. The owner, Paul, has been very rude through all of this process, Hopefully they decide to do the right thing and fix what they did not do properly and I'd be happy to update this review. As of now I highly DO NOT recommend them. UPDATE: this is in response to their reply on 6-9-25: I Have left numerous phone messages over the loast 8 months and MPC has not responded. to MPC: if you are serious in resolving the issue you've created you can reach out to me. You have my information.

We initially contacted the owner after having major water issues (just under a year after having our home re-sided and re-roofed) and we asked if they could come and look into the problem. From the very first conversation, it was clear that he wasn't going to take things seriosly and eventually he stopped answering and responding altogether. We had water coming in the window when it rained. We had to hire someone to come look at it, since the owner was no longer responding, and mold was starting to develope on our windows. MPC didn't put dripcaps on our windows or properly waterproof underneath the siding. Came to find out that they never had the inspection done either. This other company pointed out several things that wouldn't pass inspection, they did a temporary fix so that water no longer came in the window and we had to pay that company several hundred dollars. MPC basically took the money and disappeared. We've contacted them several times only to be ignored. The city inspector has contacted them multiple times with no responses. My partner finally posted on their social media and the owner quickly responded that nothing he said was true and that he was having a crew come to check things out- which we were never contacted about. I assure you, we are not lying. After requesting that we schedule a crew for when we could be there, and getting no response, we got a 1 hour notice today that a crew was showing up and we had no way to be there for it. I contacted the owner who immediately told me I was being sarcastic for pointing out that 1 hour was not enough notice because we had to work. He went on a rant about how busy he is and how he's sick of false allegations and that he can guarantee that 99% percent of the time, the issue has nothing to do with his company. He also said that most other companies have no idea what they are talking about. He continuously talked over me, raised his voice and didn't take any accountability or even consider that his company
