DISGUSTED! Owner is very rude and extremely unprofessional. You can’t talk to someone that way and expect to get business. I will never use this company nor refer anyone to them. I wish there was an option for no stars.

I hear he is good but do not ask him to give you a quote. I'm in the process of buying a commercial property. The building needs roof repair or a new roof. Before finishing the purchase agreement I needed to know how much it would cost to fix this roof or replace it. Called up Keith, he asked if I owned the property. I said no, he said he will not give a quote to anyone that does not already own the building. Keith just lost out on a $25,000 + job because he was not willing to help or even talk to me about a quote. Very rude and as a business owner with 3 businesses I will never contact him again. Keith, you have to give a little to get back sir.

We appreciate the opportunity to earn the business of all property "owners". We do not provide estimates for non owners due to liability issues. There are many bidding tools available on the internet to use for rough costs estimates that you could use to make a purchase decision.

I got my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier. The crew was professional and neat and the roof looks great. The work was started and completed without delay, communication was great and the cost was competitive. Quality job, 5 stars well-earned!

Keith and his team at Whittington Construction were wonderful! They replaced our roof several months ago (along with setting up having our gutters replaced for us), and we are very happy with the results. They were nice, professional, …

Whittington Construction Co did such an amazing job on our new roof in Jonesborough, TN. They were easy to work with and installation was quick and seamless. We went with architectural shingles and we are more than happy... especially with all the different roof lines. I highly recommend!

Nobody else will ever touch my roof again. Keith and his crew are phenomenal. The work was done in a timely manner and he was very upfront about all costs. We changed our mind on the color of the roof a week before they were to begin working on it and it didn’t phase them one bit. No whining about it and he got the new shingles in and still started the job on time. I couldn’t be happier about it. 100% pleased and 100% would recommend to anyone needing a new roof.
