Our team works hard to advocate for homeowners throughout the claims process, and while we’ve been successful in helping many customers get approvals, ultimately the final decision is made by the insurance carrier, not by our company. Some claims are approved quickly, others can take months of back and forth, and unfortunately some are still denied despite our efforts. We never want a customer to feel unsupported, and we appreciate your feedback regarding communication and expectations. We’re always working to improve clarity throughout the process so homeowners fully understand both what we can do and the limitations of what’s within our control.   Professional in every way. Every question & call was answered including from the insurance company, All the old shingles were cleanly removed leaving a very clean lawn and grounds. In just a few days the new shingles were completed on the house & barn. I can’t speak highly enough of Jesse and the work done.

  My roof was in bad shape, and insurance denied the claim. West Peak Roofing stuck with me for six months until we were finally able to get approval on the claim. Once we had the money they were in and out in two days I would definitely recommend West Peak Roofing!

  I was very pleased with my new roof. From the initial evaluation, the insurance evaluation, the removal of the old shingles, installation of the new roof and the cleanup. All was done professionally and excellently.

  Absolutely amazing to work with! West Peak Roofing helped us work through all of the hurdles with our home insurance and there were MANY hurdles. They are honest, timely, reliable, and the cost is reasonable. My roof looks amazing! My house looks 10 years younger and all the leaks have stopped. Thank you, West Peak Roofing!

  West Peak Roofing is the real deal! In a world where good service is hard to find, these guys absolutely nailed it (pun intended). They treated my home like it was their own, kept me updated the whole time, and delivered top-notch work with zero headaches. Honest pricing, great communication, and a team that actually shows up on time—what more could you ask for? If roofs had superheroes, West Peak Roofing would be wearing the cape! And the best part is they were able to get insurance to cover the cost 100%!
