Door to door salesman ignoring no solicitation sign and continued to try to sell to me after I pointed out the sign a second time. Market like a real company

Hi Regan, We take concerns like this seriously and reviewed the interaction internally. Based on what we found, the conversation was brief and handled respectfully. Our representative initially offered to return at a better time and only responded after being asked about our services. Once you indicated you were not interested and referenced your sign, our team member acknowledged that and left promptly. At VRC Construction, we hold our team to high standards when it comes to professionalism and respecting homeowners’ preferences. While outreach methods like this are commonly used in our industry, they are always expected to be conducted courteously and with respect. We stand behind our team and the way this interaction was handled. That said, we’re always open to direct feedback and would be happy to connect if you’d like to discuss this further.

I loved working with Isaac. He was awesome. They used R&R Solar to remove and re-install the panels. Everyone was very good to work with. I highly recommend both VRC construction and R&R Solar. Both companies were very good to work with.
