The only one or two-star review we hold for Rock Solid Roofing.

Called for a quote, nothing but answering service 2 days in a row that said to text. Text was ignored. When they called back they said someone would contact me. Almost a week later, still nothing. I called because google reviews about work were positive, but based on the communication with this potential customer, they do not know how to operate the business side of this business.

Rock Solid was easy to work with. They were quick to respond to any communication and help me understand their quote. I found a way to work in my roof quickly. They had my roof done in three days With just two men working on it. The only reason they took three days was due to the heat. I am so so thankful for how fast they were able to get it done and the roof looks amazing. I would recommend them To anyone who is looking to get the roof done. Eliot and Nicole answer the phone anytime I called. They both were quick to keep me in the loop of what was going on.

Rock Solid did a fantastic job. The crew was very professional and they clean up after each visit. I could not be happier the way the roof looks. I would definitely recommend them to do your roof if you have to replace it. Elliot the foreman was by far a great person to work with. Thankyou Rock Solid Roofing.

I was lucky to find Rock Solid Roofing (Elliot Brinkerhoff); who: assessed hail damage on my home, developed claim which my Insurance company fully accepted, and replaced my roof with superior quality roofing materials, installed by his crew (as planned/ on time). I will strongly recommend Rock Solid to my family/friends/neighbors...they are the best.... upfront, honest, honoring their commitments/ etc. On a 1-5 star rating system, I feel Rock Solid Roofing deserves 7 Stars !

I've worked with other roofing companies in the past and its always the same old story slow to respond, subpar service, mediocre delivery. That is NOT at all my experience with Rock Solid Roofing -- they provided 5 star service from beginning to end. Were extremely responsive, provide multiple options, replaced all the bad decking, to ensure my new roof is good for the decades to come. I could not recommend them more.

Rock Solid Roofing was exceptional. Because of an old roof, our insurance was going to be canceled. The company representative Elliot Brinkerhoff worked us into their schedule on an emergency basis. Besides their great customer service, …

I am impressed! We threw several delays at this roofing company, and they were so professional the whole time! Elliot was great to work with, and was efficient at getting things done. It is really nice in the construction world when you find good people to work with.

Had my roof done about a year ago. When I was still getting quotes, Elliott took a look at my roof and patched something up even before I decided to chose them to do my roof. He is experienced, friendly, and professional. They installed turtle vents when I thought I was getting ridge vents. They came fixed it right away. I had one other minor issue a year later the office quickly contacted me and sent someone out that day to look at it. I am impressed with this company, the urgency they have, communication, accountability. I had estimates from 8 different companies and am so thankful I chose you. Thank you.

Rock solid Roofing put a "Rock Solid Roof" on my home at a "Rock Bottom Price"! I chose them after getting quotes from 5 different roofing companies and they did not disappoint.
