I called to schedule a roof estimate with West Hills Pitch Roofing. The number I called doesn’t seem to be them. They don’t provide a name when they answer. When I asked for their address and if they truly work for this company they hung on me. Careful, this may be a scam. Something is fishy here…

We spoke with several roofers before choosing this team, and the whole experience turned out great. Jay, Levi, Pedro, and the crew did a full roof inspection at the start and helped us choose the right shingles and gutters for our home. They also explained the best option for a flat roof section and installed a rubber membrane roofing system that looks clean and professionally done. Once the roofing project started, the crew stayed organized, worked efficiently, and finished everything in about four days. They were easy to communicate with throughout the job and did a great job coordinating with us while other electrical work was happening at the same time. The workmanship, timing, and overall service were excellent. I highly recommend this roofing team for anyone needing roof replacement, flat roof work, shingles, or gutter installation.

After dealing with several roofers, it was hard to find a roofing team that did solid work at a fair price. This was a great experience from start to finish. I received a reasonable quote, clear roofing options, and regular updates with photos so I always knew what was happening on the roof. They repaired my skylight, redid the roofing work, and everything has held up with no leaks, even after heavy rain. They also helped track down and fix water coming in near the siding, which showed real skill with waterproofing and exterior leak repair. The crew was on time, professional, easy to work with, and paid close attention to detail. I really appreciated the honest communication, clean workmanship, and the extra effort to make sure the roof was sealed right. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable roofing and leak repair.

My mom’s house needed a new roof, so she got estimates from five other roofing companies. One of them tried to pressure her to decide the same day or the price would go up. I sat through a few of those sales pitches, and most sounded about the same, but she felt the most comfortable with West Hills Pitch Roofing. They were very professional, kept in steady contact through the whole roofing project, and made the process easy to understand. The roof installation was finished in one day, the crew worked carefully, there was no damage to the house, and the cleanup was done really well. The gutter work was scheduled shortly after, which helped complete the job nicely. I later came across a negative review, but our experience was completely different. From start to finish, everything was handled in a smooth and respectful way. I also asked if they were veteran owned, and they are. So far the new roof looks great, and I would definitely recommend them for roofing work.

After strong winds blew a few shingles off my roof, I called a local roofing contractor and had a great experience. Bryan was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. Unlike some other roofers who gave high prices without even checking the roof, he took the time to look at the actual shingle damage and explained what needed to be fixed. The roof repair was priced fairly, and because of an unexpected emergency on their side, they still made sure the work was taken care of at no charge the next day. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were polite and professional throughout the visit. They replaced the missing shingles, checked the surrounding roof area, and made sure everything was secure and weather-ready for more wind and sun. If you need dependable roofing service, shingle repair, or general roof maintenance, I would definitely recommend this company. They are honest, reasonably priced, and clearly care about doing quality roofing work. I would gladly call them again for any future roofing needs. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the fast response time and the quality of the roofing work from West Hills Pitch Roofing. I first reached out for an estimate, and Jay was patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable when answering all my questions about the roof repair and replacement process. He even stopped by over the weekend to handle a temporary patch so my roof was protected until the full replacement could be done. Once the new roof was scheduled, the crew finished the job quickly and smoothly. The new shingles look great, and it was clear they took real care with both the installation and the cleanup after removing the old roofing materials. The whole process felt simple, organized, and stress free from start to finish. I really appreciated the communication, workmanship, and attention to detail, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Hills needing reliable roofing service.

After a big storm, I called for a roof inspection, and Levi came out to check everything. He was honest and said the roof still had some life left. Not long after, another severe storm caused heavy damage, so I called again. Levi returned, looked over the shingles and roof surface, and explained that the damage was now serious enough to contact my insurance company. The insurance adjuster agreed, and the roof replacement process moved forward smoothly. When the roofing crew arrived, they got right to work and stayed productive throughout the day. The team was friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced with roofing work. I was especially impressed with how carefully they handled the cleanup after the new roof was installed. Several crew members stayed behind to remove debris, check the yard, and even use a tool to find stray nails. When they finished, the property was neat, clean, and the whole roofing job looked great.

We contacted a few roofers for estimates on a roof replacement, and some were slow to respond while others never followed up. After asking close friends about roofers they had used, we got a referral and were told that Pedro and his crew did great roofing work. When I called Pedro, he got back to me the same day within about an hour. We talked through our roofing needs, and he came out to inspect the roof, explain the condition, and provide a clear, fair estimate with details about materials, labor, and the scope of work. It had been a long time since we last replaced a roof, so we appreciated the guidance on updated roofing options and the full process. Pedro and his crew did an excellent job replacing the fascia boards and installing our new Black Onyx roof. The team was polite, showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and handled the project in a professional way from start to finish. We have received many compliments on the new roof and would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone needing roofing services in West Hills. We also had additional exterior work completed along with the roofing project, including siding repairs, new gutters, and other improvements. We were concerned about the condition of the material underneath the old siding, but any damaged areas were properly repaired and replaced. The crew worked hard, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was done right. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them for roof replacement, roof repairs, and related exterior work.
