  I contacted Bumble roofing after reading good reviews. They sent a very nice gentleman out to inspect an issue. He got the appt time mixed up but I was still able to accommodate. After diagnosing the problem, he told me it would be early the following week before I’d get a written estimate as this was a Friday. I’m still waiting and that was over 2 weeks ago. I’m moving on but they aren’t very reliable from my experience. .

  Bob, Thank you for your review. We take every concern seriously, but we also believe in addressing facts and setting the record straight. You initially expressed complete satisfaction with our work, even signing a completion form stating your approval. At that time, you indicated your interest in having us perform additional work on your other properties. The project passed all inspections, confirming that our installation met California’s building code standards. Following the completion of your roof, your other trades, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors, penetrated the roof system we installed. As you are aware, this voids all warranties, as these penetrations compromised the integrity of the roofing system. We provided a detailed quote to repair these penetrations and to install new skylights as per your request. You declined to move forward with us for reasons unknown to us. More than a year later, you reached out, alleging that our initial installation was faulty and seeking financial restitution. We stand by the quality of our original work, which was completed to your satisfaction, manufacturer standards and passed all necessary inspections. The additional $36,000 in repairs you cite were required to address damage caused by your other trades, not due to any deficiencies in our work. We take great pride in the quality of our service and have always been willing to address legitimate concerns. However, we cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by others or claims unsupported by fact. If you still feel aggrieved, we encourage you to follow through with any appropriate legal channels, as we are confident that the truth will prevail. Our work is guaranteed, and we will always stand behind it, but only when the roof system remains intact as originally installed. We wish you the best in your health and other endeavors.
