  Complete waste of time to deal with these people. I called in the get metal roof. The woman who answered did not care to provide guidance or any advice. She said she just answered phones and wasn't able to help at all.

  I just competed a roof replacement with Nema Roofing. I was referred to them from a colleague of mine and I'm so glad! It was a pleasure dealing with Thomas. He explained my options to me regarding materials , colors, etc. I like how responsive he is, you don't see that very often. They finished the job in the time frame they gave me at a fair price.   Buying an older home in Encino wiped out most of our savings, so discovering a roofing leak during our first month here was terrifying. I called a few places and Nema Roofing was the best out of the 4. These guys were incredibly empathetic to our situation. They walked us through a few different tiers of repair options and helped us find a budget-friendly patch that buys us a few years until we can afford a full replacement.   My roof needed some shingle repairs, so I did what everyone else does and went on google. They responded quickly, we set up a time to meet, and they were out the next day to get it done. Showed up early and wrapped up the same day. Really happy with how everything went, good communication throughout and solid work.

  We needed to install a shingle roof on a project we were working on, but unfortunately, the roofer we initially hired took the first payment and disappeared. We had to find someone else to complete the work ASAP, and Nema was able to send Mike out to give us a quote and start the job right away. Everything moved so quickly from beginning to end, and we couldn't be happier that we ended up working with Mike, the crew, and Nema overall.

  I had a problem on the side of my roof which was brought by the storm few months back. I found the Nema, the owner, respond right away. He gave me a fair and honest estimate for my roof. They finish in 3 hrs. I like the quality of their work , the price they offer and explains of how the process will be. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for roof repairs.

  Found a soft spot near the eaves last spring and figured I'd better get it looked at. Empire showed up when they said they would. They explained the dry rot issue, gave me a written quote on the spot, and his guys handled it in a single day.

  We had been getting by with our old roof for way too long. It was original to the house, missing shingles in a few spots, and our insurance basically told us we needed it replaced or they'd drop us. So we started getting quotes. Mike came out and was the only one who actually got up on the roof and took photos before quoting anything. The other two guys just stood in the driveway and gave a number. His estimate was right in the middle price wise but he explained why he uses the underlayment he does and what the warranty actually covers. The crew did the whole tear off and install in two days. They put tarps down over my wife's garden which I noticed because nobody else even mentioned it. House looks completely different now.

  Our roof was past due and we knew it. Adam came out, looked everything over and gave us a quote that actually made sense. His crew had the full installation done in two days and cleaned everything up before they left. Roof looks great and we have not had a single issue since. Would call Adam again no question.

  We had shingles coming off after a windstorm and I was worried about what it was going to cost. Adam came out the same day, got up on the roof and showed me exactly what was damaged. He gave me a fair price and his crew had everything repaired by the next afternoon. They cleaned up every bit of debris from the yard before they left. Really glad I called when I did.
