They didn't pull the proper permits for the job. I found out later when I tried to sell my house. Had to pay extra fees to get it resolved. BH Roofing took no responsibility.

Needed a quick fix after that last storm dumped debris all over our shingles. Called 1 BH Roofing, and yeah, they showed up fast. But the estimate? Wildly off. We ended up paying nearly double for materials they “forgot” to mention. The …

I really wanted to like these guys. The initial chat with their office was warm, even funny. But the execution? Messy. Left old shingle scraps in my flower bed, didn't clean the gutters, and a technician named Reyes accidentally stepped …

Price seemed fair at $3,400 for a full shingle replacement in Echo Park. BH Roofing finished in two days – speed I liked. But three weeks later, shingles started curling at the edges. I sent photos to their office; no response for ten days. Eventually, a guy named Dave came out, said "manufacturer defect," and drove off. No refund, no replacement. Now I'm stuck with a roof that looks ten years old after one month.

Called BH Roofing after a leak ruined my ceiling. Jose came out fast, quoted $2k. Three weeks later, another leak same spot. He never returned my texts. Had to hire someone else. Won't use them again.

Hooked by their 5 star online rep, so I went with 1 BH Roofing for a full tear off. Location in Los Angeles means busy schedules, I get it. But three weeks for a two day job? Every morning a new excuse. The quality of the flashing work looks fine from the street, but up close, nails are popping already. I asked for a small discount given the delay they acted insulted. Professionalism only lasts until you sign the contract, apparently.

So my neighbor recommended BH Roofing so I figured they’d be decent. They weren’t terrible exactly but something felt off. They quoted me 2,400forarepair,thenhalfwaythroughtheguy(IthinkhisnamewasMike)saidtheyfound“moredamage”andit’dbeanextra2,400forarepair,thenhalfwaythroughtheguy(IthinkhisnamewasMike)saidtheyfound“moredamage”andit’dbeanextra600. No pictures, no explanation really. I said I needed to think about it and he sighed. Like… sorry for not carrying surprise money? I ended up paying but felt pressured. Just be really careful if you use them. Left a bad taste.

They abandoned the project halfway through, left exposed walls. Had to hire someone else.

After heavy rain, we discovered a minor leak around a vent. The issue was repaired promptly, and they also inspected the surrounding area to make sure there weren't any related problems.

They fixed a leak that had been difficult to track down. Several previous attempts by others hadn't solved it, but this repair appears to have done the trick.

The workers arrived prepared and got started right away. There was no wasted time, and the finished work looks clean and solid. Definitely a positive experience.

I appreciated the communication throughout the project. Every step was explained clearly, and there were no surprises at the end. The roof looks great and the cleanup was excellent.

We noticed a small water stain near the ceiling after a storm. The inspection was thorough, and the source was identified quickly. The repair has held up well through several rainy days.

The crew worked efficiently and respected the property. They took care around landscaping and left the area clean when the work was finished. The repaired section blends in nicely.

Our roof was twenty years old and looking pretty rough. The roofing replacement they just finished makes the whole house look brand new again.

Totally blown away by their remodelling work. They knocked out a wall between our kitchen and living room and it completely changed how we use the house.

Working with this general contractor was a total breath of fresh air. They actually kept the sub-contractors on schedule and texted me updates almost every day.

Highly recommend their roof inspection service. They didn’t try to pressure me into fixing things that weren't broken, which is honestly so rare to find these days.

A nasty hail storm cracked the glass in our sunroom, but their skylight repair team got a custom replacement pane ordered and installed in just a few days.

That crazy storm left us with missing shingles everywhere. Their roof repair for storm and wind damage got our house secured before the next round of rain even hit.

A new roof installation is a massive investment, but this company made it surprisingly stress-free. From the first quote to the final walkthrough, they were completely on top of it.
