DLS Development Inc

The only one or two-star review we hold for DLS Development Inc.

I called DLS Development Inc for some work I needed done and Daniel the owner who has no knowledge about construction or customer care at all left me in shock. I’ve never had to deal with something like this is my life. He’s just another wannabe salesperson who WILL rob you of your money. He’s clearly never built a business from the ground up, just sells the job and using very questionable subs with very low standards, never followed our requests kept ignoring us when I tried to reach out about the horrible job that was done. we asked to re do the concrete in our garage and instead of removing the old and cracked material Daniel’s unlicensed subs just poured 8 inches of concrete on top of the old layer. The floor was raised so high we can’t close our garage door anymore daniel refused to address the issue since he clearly has no idea what he’s doing and left us abandoned with this disgusting mess he made here. If you want your issue resolved and fixed these are not the people to call since they’ll only make whatever issue you have worse. Beware and do not call here if you don’t want to be robbed. Have a blessed day.
