  We recently had the roof replaced on our ADU and the whole experience was very good. The quote was reasonable and the team was responsive. During the tear off we requested that they take out every old nail so that the plywood was perfectly smooth and We really appreciated how organized and easy they were to work with.   I decided to go with these cool roofers to re-do the roof on our house because Adam explained very clearly and in details what they would do: from getting the permit, scheduling the work, how the new roof would be made and the payment details. We had to change the material originally selected to accommodate for a small slope and he was very transparent in managing the change and the associated cost. Turned out great and I know these guys will have my back when it comes to my roof!

  We had our new roof installed within weeks! And the owner came by to explain some final details about the felt and composite types and lifetimes. The next day, the project lead came right at the time he had told us and also ensured our bathroom exhaust pipes were positioned to exit the house through the roof (instead of in the attic).

The team also suggested a solar attic fan and vent for the hot summers, which we added, as well as new steel gutters on our home and detached garage.

Nearly a year later, we had a solar company install panels on the new roof. That company also installed a new service panel, so Nema came out to fix our gutter to ensure it wrapped around the new panel conduits.

We've already recommended the team to multiple friends and family!

  I have used different contractors owning a home for 19 years. Usually, they give you a lowball estimate over the phone and then jack up the price by thirty percent the second they get on top of the house. These guys did not do that. They came out to look at our roofing issues, gave me a straight number, and stuck to it. The crew showed up when they said they would, did the work right the first time, and didn't try to pull a fast one with random add ons. It is hard to find honest work like this these days.

  Nema Roofing saved the day. They found an stopped a roof leak we had for 12 years. 12 years ago we had a new roof installed by a roofing company, not Nema Roofing. The roofing company tried to fix the leak and then abandoned us. We paid three other roofing companies to fix the leak. None of them were successful. Nema Roofing came and put silicone on our roof to stop the leak. The leak persisted. I called Nema Roofing and Adam himself came, inspected the area and made corrections. Our LEAK IS FIXED. We couldn't be more satisfied or happier with Samson himself and his company. Since then I've had them install 2 roofs on other buildings. All went very well.

  just completed the installation of our new shingle roof , and it looks fantastic. Adam, who is also from Woodland Hills, was great to work with, and his crew was hardworking and professional! Starting early, staying late, and completing the job efficiently. The pricing was competitive as well. We experienced a few minor hiccups along the way, but Adam was quickly addressed and resolved them.   There were few broken tiles on my roof due to the upper roof tiles felt on the bottom roof tiles. Adam came over and provided a quote to fix the tiles and the fesha. He was very helpful and provided a great quote to do the job. The crew came over while I am not home and did a great job in fixing the fesha and replaced all the broken tiles. They even went extra miles to reseat some of the loose tiles. I thank you for a great job. I highly recommended this company and will contact the Nema for future roofing services.

  I have a poorly constructed/designed 10 year old flat roof. As a consequence, whenever it rained, there was extensive pooling of water, without leaks. Over the years, I have had a number of roofers asses the problem and offer expensive solutions, even replacing a perfectly intact roof. With the recent storms, I reached out for roofing contractors and found Nema. They offered an immediate solution to the 'pooling' problem - liquid cement! It was a simple, effective and inexpensive solution. All the roofing defects were corrected within a day. For added insurance, team applied two coats of silicone to the entire roof for a reasonable price.

  We noticed water spots showing up on the ceiling in the hallway. I figured it was going to be a whole thing, like they'd try to upsell me on a new roof. Called these guys on a Tuesday and Andy came out Wednesday morning. He climbed up, took some pictures, and showed me that it was just a section of flashing around the vent pipe that had failed. Fixed it that same visit. Charged me what I'd consider a fair price for the work. No drama, no pressure to do anything else. Already had two friends ask me who I used so figured I'd leave something here too.

  We first contacted Nema Roofing for an estimate on our 20 year old roof, but after speaking with Mike, we also decided to upgrade our insulation. They offered an excellent bundle deal for both. The entire experience was fantastic!! Fair pricing, clear communication and incredible professionalism. The crew kept the area spotless throughout the project and made sure everything was clean before leaving each day. Everything went smoothly and was completed exactly on schedule, just as promised.   Spent way too long looking at roofers in Woodland Hills before settling on Nema. Three other companies came out and every one of them quoted us a full replacement. They walked the whole roof and showed us before and after photos of similar jobs, then pointed out that the flashing around the chimney was the actual problem. His crew did the repair and swapped out the shingles that were genuinely worn. That was it. Fair price, scope clearly outlined from the start, and the roof has held up well!
