  I keep getting regular emails to review this company, so I am obliging. We had them recoat the roof at a house we owned at previously and they did a bad job. Not only did they leave a bit of a mess around the outside, they didn’t fully clean off the roof before coating it. There were leaves, sticks, and debris stuck into the coating.

  We take this complaint seriously and would like to provide clarification. About a year and a half ago, we received a call regarding a possible leak. As a gesture of goodwill, we repaired what we believed to be the issue and replaced drywall at our expense. Nearly a year later, we were contacted again about water intrusion. We promptly responded, performed a thorough water test, and determined that the source of the leak was the HVAC unit—not the roof. Resolving this issue would require full removal of the HVAC unit, which was installed prior to our roofing work and is not included in our contract scope. The HOA opted not to include HVAC removal or replacement as part of the roofing project. The unit owner has reached out to us directly, and each time we have responded promptly and visited the property to assess the situation. We have provided consistent and timely service—even when the issue falls outside the roofing system we installed. We remain committed to supporting the HOA where we can and reiterate that the source of the problem is mechanical, not related to our roofing work.

  Avoid this company. Their quality of work is horrendous. Had to fight them for months to come back and "fix" the mess they left and it's still terrible. See photos for what I'm left to deal with after they "completed" the entire new roof. Still trying to get them to resolve these issues and I'll happily remove this post if they fix them. Issues include poor or incomplete fasica repair, tar flung inside the house on to walls and floors, nails through the ceiling, gutters left clogged, ugly caulking.

  So lame. Called and left a message with an answering service, it was clunky. Then got a call from Michael who went on and on about how easy the quote was going to be because they have this new technology and blah blah. Ok, come give me one of those easy quotes. He arrived and rather than sell me on what a good job they would do to fix my roof, the guy started up again about how easy the quote is going to be because of this new technology and went thru the whole spiel again. I sighed and said "boy, I sure know a lot about your quote process". a week later... NO QUOTE. Such a waste of time. Years later they are still begging me for a review and to refer friends to them. LAWL. So bad

  They did a great job repairing my tile roof, the estimate was fair and appointment was within a week. I had some rake tiles (end pieces) that crashed to the ground, the only reason I gave a 4* was because they were not able to find the same tiles for replacement, so those are different. I didn't realize it was such a problem in Tucson, with these tiles roofs... since the companies went out of business awhile ago, I guess ??

Many original tile manufacturers, styles, and colors have been discontinued over the years, which can make finding an exact match extremely difficult—or sometimes impossible.   Anthony was friendly and very personable when giving estimate. Andy was very conscientious when communicating scheduling with me. I was impressed when attempting to text him to see he had worked on the roofing job we did 4 years ago with West Coast Roofing.   Anthony took the time to explain all the options, and gave me information that helped me research the project before it started. In addition to the inspection pictures, they sent me pictures during the process and at the end so I have before and after pictures. The process was easy, the quote was more than other estimates but the product warranty is five times as long as what the other four companies who inspected my roof, were offering. Easy choice.
