  Yesterday I had an estimate done. I explained the other estimates I have received to Taylor. I was told he would be competitive but it was the highest one and a few thousand dollars more. It didn't include removing the cooler on my roof either. I texted him that the quote was way higher than 3 other companies and he didn't seemed like he cared. I wasted my time and expected a estimate at least the same as others. I think he estimated the square foot because it wasn't the same as the last quote either. If you don't mind spending a lot more hire them but they were the same 30 year shingles as everyone else.

  I have called numerous times and left several voice messages last two days, but no one has returned my calls or answered the phone. Is this company still operating? I contacted them for my roof repair based on great reviews online, but I am starting to have doubts.

  Yes we are in business. As you can imagine we are overwhelmed with phone calls from the severe storms we have had in the past week. Our own office had the roof removed in the storms. The owner has also been dealing with the loss of his father and mother in law and all the travel and issues dealing with those situations. We do apologize you haven’t been called as soon as you would want but we are doing our best to keep up with the volume of calls we are receiving. Our records show you called at 2:23pm and 2:27pm yesterday (less than 24hrs ago) and left one voice message that we are hoping to get to this afternoon. In the past day we have had 50+ calls and voice messages including yours and are working extremely hard to get to everyone's calls in the order they were called. Finally, our reviews reflect the hard work and dedication we provide to our clients and that has not changed.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience from start to finish! Liam, the owner, provided great customer service throughout the entire process. He was dependable, professional, and made everything easy. His crew got my father-in-law’s new roof completed quickly and efficiently, and the finished work looks great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company!

  Reached out to DSR Roofing after lightning shattered some roof tiles. William came out within a day of contacting them to inspect the roof and I had an estimate (very competitive) within 24 hours. I scheduled the work and Cody and his crew showed up. They were very courteous and completed the work within a few hours. Upon leaving they cleaned up everything and you couldn’t tell they were ever there. Before and after photos were taken and they even repaired a couple other areas that that found while doing the quoted work. DSR is easy to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.

If your flat roof in Tucson is leaking, the scupper is almost always where it started. Scuppers are the most common leak source on flat roofs here. Stress concentrates right at those drainage points, and over time the seams open up and water finds its way in. At DSR Roofing, every scupper gets reinforced before any coating goes on.
