Watch out for these guys. Was almost side swipped by one of their trucks. The driver looked like he was on a video call while driving. Plate # GLDN3

I set an appointment with Gabe to do an estimate for roof replacement on our house. Gabe no called no showed on the scheduled date. He called the next day, offered no apology, and said he was, “in the area if we still wanted him to come by”. We decided to give him a second chance. His estimate seemed reasonable so my wife scheduled a date to have our roof replaced. On the day he was supposed to begin our roof replacement, he again no called no showed. I called him around 9am. He said they were running a few days behind, didn’t have my number to call me, but could come later in the week. We told him we would pass on using his company (despite being much cheaper than other estimates). After scheduling the date to start work, we never heard from him again. Most companies will follow up to confirm things, double check times, let you know if they are running behind schedule. Not sure how he didn’t have my number as I had spoken with him on the phone and my wife had called him from her phone. He also had my email from sending me the estimate. It’s too bad because we had several other projects we wanted to use his company for if the roof job had gone well. Use at your own risk…

We had some very strong monsoon weather in Tucson and a tree fell on the edge of my roof and broke quite a few of the clay tiles. Golden Roof came within two days of my asking them to come, gave me a very reasonable estimate to both fix the roof and provide maintenance if I desired, and had it all done in under a week. Very professional and very quickly done. Communication was great and payment was easy. I would definitely recommend!

I had some rotted facia boards replaced. I was very pleased with the work done. They were efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to get the job done. Very reasonable price compared to other estimates. They even repaired some damage done to the stucco incurred as a result of having to replace the boards.

Ardis, thank you! Rotted fascia boards need to be handled right or they cause bigger problems down the road. Glad we could get it taken care of quickly and fix up that stucco while we were at it. Really appreciate you choosing Golden Roofing!

Pretty impressed with them in every way. Had my tile underlayment fully replaced. Daniel was honest and straightforward with the quote, which was the best we got after talking to two others. The crew was nice, cleaned up reasonably …

Ben, thanks so much! Daniel works hard to give honest quotes upfront, no inflated numbers, just fair pricing for quality work. Jose and the crew take pride in getting the details right, and those progress photos really help keep everyone on the same page throughout the project. As for the warranty, we stand behind our work. If anything comes up, we'll be there. Appreciate you choosing Golden Roofing and hope we don't have to prove that warranty, but we're here if you need us!

Incredible company. There integrity is second to none, and in the roofing industry that's hard to find.

Michael, thank you! That integrity comment means everything to us. You're right, it shouldn't be hard to find in this industry, but it is. We work hard to earn that trust every single day. Really appreciate you recognizing that!

Thank you so much for the cookies! Best roofer hands down. Professional, clean and my roof looks amazing. The 10 year warranty is the best! Thank you so much for doing such an AWESOME job on my roof- still haven’t found one nail in my yard after! Amazing!

  Reply from the business

Tammy, thank you! So glad you enjoyed the cookies! Not finding a single nail in your yard after a full roof job, that's the standard we hold ourselves to. Cleanup is just as important as the install itself. That 10 year warranty is there for a reason, we stand behind every job we do. Really appreciate the kind words and so glad your new roof looks amazing!
