  Hi Maria, this is Philip owner of Lynch Roofing. After looking at the photos of your roof it’s very clear you have a massive amount of hail damage which is why we recommended starting an insurance claim. Any roofer that would coat over that and “repair” it, is not a “real” roofer. You called us for our professional opinion and it was given. We’re sorry you didn’t like the truth. Take care.

  I had a leak in my roof so I called Lynch roofing to come check it out, they sent someone out and started a drone than she proceeded to give me a quote on a whole new roof. That’s not what I asked for, I wanted a repair and my needs were not met.

  Hi Stephon, we base our professional opinion based off of the condition of the roof, not what the homeowner asks. As a licensed roofer we have to warranty everything which is why you were prescribed a full roof replacement as we believe a repair would not suffice. We wish you the best of luck.

  They tried to bait and switch me, she was pounding on my roof! Her estimate was false, sent me pics were not of my roof!! Claiming damage that was fake! A real roofer said only a few tiles were cracked, he fixed for $300,

  1) the correct “brown” turbines were not ordered in a timely manner and were galvanized and painted rather than the manufactured coating which is far superior. 2) start day was held up due to above. 3) nails penetrating roof into attic, knot holes in plywood were patched with 3” nails into attic. 4) it took four more days for them to clean up. 5) I was told nothing but lies from their personnel regarding how long the job would take, how clean my property would be left and how professional they are at their jobs. There were nails found everywhere. 6) no on site project manager as promised. 7) I was lied to by sales and by scheduling and I would not recommend Lynch Roofing.

  On paper this company had a nice well thought out quote with lots of detail including what they expect of us and what we should have been able to expect from them. They did warn us it would be about a month. Then they pushed it 2 weeks. Our cooler went out a week later and I told them we can't wait for the 2 weeks and they said ok we will leave it. Then a week later they pushed it the 2 weeks anyway. We needed to get the roof done so the ac guys could install the cooler once instead of twice. Then on the day they were scheduled to start they tell me it's the the day for the ac company to remove the old stuff and they won't start til the next day. Then the first day they only got half my roof stripped in 7 hours. They left at 2 each day. They left trash and nails everywhere. I had to pick up so many nails and and repeatedly ask them and remind them to pick up after themselves and still no. I told them i have kids that like to play outside and thet still left nails everywhere. It Took me going around with a magnet picking them up with them and for them and theres still nails in my yard trash everywhere I was venting to the ac company and he knew the owner of lynch and he had to light the fire under them to come and clean up. They weren't going to finish my house after 4 days. Yes I had to add fascia to the list of stuff and for over another 4k for it. And it looks like trash! I'm so disgusted with the quality of this job. The shingles on the peak of the roof don't match the rest. The spray painted spots that they wore out from walking on it. They damaged my carport ceiling and wasn't planning on telling me or fixing it. Their general manager stopped responding to my requests and complaints. To be quite honest the only nice thing to say about them is they referred temperature control to us and that company is amazing. I will never recommend lynch roofing to anyone for anything. The fascia looks like I did it all by myself. There's gaps on my fascia, they used wood fill

  Honestly, not impressed. If I could go back I would go with a different company. The entire project took longer then expected due to the crews working from 0700-1000 then disappearing until coming back to work from 1pm-2:30pm. This caused for a delay and added on a few extra days to the project. My landscaping was not respected. I had a few of my cacti damaged during this process but above all a special cactus given to us by my wifes grandmother was stepped on/ slashed / and had several paddles ripped off of it. The fix was the throw some plywood in for free. And then to see the next day cards and more paddles ripped off of it, but hey we got plywood out of it.. My chimney began to leak. They "completed the job" and then a small storm came through, my wife and I imidetly heard water coming down the chimney and threw the wall. I called the company and they assured me they would have someone out to assist in 30min. An hour later someone came and threw tarp up, which helped and stopped the leak. Speaking with the manager, Demetrio we went back and forth. Him claiming he didn't think he's crew had anything to do with the issue. This roof has gone 20years with no issues, two weeks with your team and now I have leaks? The math isn't adding up. They came did have a team come out and inspect for damages but I caught the water in time to have prevented any serous issues. They did come back and repair chipped corners of the chimney and seal up cracks, never accepting accountability. The final invoice. I was not made notified that the overall price of the roof had a 15% discount that only applied to paying in full. The team knew I was going to pay half up front and finance the other half. I assumed the numbers would reflect as I spoke to several people about this plan. Nope. I got a phone call from the finance team expressing that my new invoice total would be an additional $1,500.00 as they removed the discount. I digress, i am sure others have had good experinces but a

  Everyone at Lynch Roofing, from the office staff, supervisors, inspectors and the workers themselves we all incredible. They gave fast responses to emails and messages. Fast response to assessing the problem. And very fast response to setting up and completing a plan to fix the problem. Followup with any issue was extremely good. As was the willingness to explain or talk about any concerns that I may have had. I would, without question, recommend Lynch Roofing for any problems you may have with your roof. Top notch all the way! **Update** I have had the roof now for about two months. I could not be happier with the quality of both the workmanship and materials used. I have peace of mind now with the monsoons arriving. Also, comparing electric bills from the last 5 years to the recent ones, I can say without question that my cooling bill has dropped considerably. Thank you Lynch Roofing for all you have done! I have recommended your company many times to other people and business, and will certainly continue to do so.

  I had a really positive experience with Lynch Roofing. The pricing was fair, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Laurie, Jenna, and Luis all helped make everything clear from start to finish. Monsoon rains messed up the schedule as expected but they finished a quick as possible. It’s not always easy to find a company that offers both quality work and reasonable prices, so I’m glad I chose them for my roofing needs.
