  I used them years ago and they performed quality work. However I contacted them to perform another repair and they never showed up to perform the work despite giving me multiple dates. My salesperson never returned my calls after they didn't show up. Rather frustrating to be strung along for 5 months plus.

  Wells came in after our previous contractors ghosted us, so they had their work cut out for them. Initial site visit went well, they seemed knowledgeable about bringing everything to code and having to reverse things the previous contractors had done incorrectly. Once awarded the job, however, we were handed off to the "D Team", who also built things incorrectly, left unbelievable messes, showed up sporadically, and even had the nerve to ask to "borrow" money from us. Management was dismissive of our concerns and said the project was finished when there were still several parts clearly undone (not painted, no moulding, giant mess!) Finally upon finishing, we thought we could enjoy our space. But then it rained. And leaked. Little did we know, the D Team did not bring the roof to code, leaving it prone to water damage. Now the leak needs to be mitigated, new materials put down to bring to code, and the interior is compromised and needs resending and painting. Wells came out to look at the situation, but did not send a quote or follow up on fixing anything, even when owner was contacted. So essentially they ghosted mid project as well - we wantef to pay for the work they should have quoted in the first place. It was extremely disappointing to get the quality of service, knowledge, and craftsmanship we received from a company so seemingly well respected in this community. Don't trust Wells!

  one of your truck drivers cut us off on 97 and almost rear ended us. and then proceeded to lay on his horn. i suggest your drivers learn how to drive & try not to cause a accident

  I had someone come out to give us a quote for a project over a week ago. Was told to expect to receive the quote by Monday. It’s now noon on Friday and after calling every day this week and sending an email, nothing. No response. Not even a return call to tell me they’re still working on it. Silence. Beyond frustrating. I can be understanding if you’re busy, but you need to communicate that and properly set expectations. You’re the one who told me to expect the quote by Monday. Now that it’s Friday and I’ve heard nothing all week, I feel like I don’t matter to you whatsoever. Not a good way to start things off.

  They quoted me, I signed the quote, they scheduled a date, then they didn't show up. I called them mid-afternoon on the day of - "the guy you need to talk to is out of the office today, but we'll pass on the message". Called twice, same answer both times. Sent an email, no response. Finally 10 days later I get a reschedule notice. Responded "absolutely not, you ghosted me". They made up some excuse about the weather. The weather doesn't prevent people from emailing or calling. 0/10 would not recommend.

  We have contacted you several times and never heard back. When we opened your file we saw a missed email stating you wanted to move forward with the work. At that time we offered money off of the service since we had dropped the ball and still never heard a response.

  My Country Clubber's upper roof and gutter needed to be replaced. I asked 3 roofing contractors to submit bids. Well's Home Improvements presented me with my options for the recommended installation methods and materials. Their bid was the best price. Their service was outstanding ... from the pre-bid visit through the installation and clean-up. Their staff was courteous and proficient. I highly recommend Well's Home Improvements for all of your roofing and gutter needs.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Wells Home Improvements! From the start, Matt Pollard was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. He provided a straightforward estimate, offered a fair price, and never tried to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s refreshing to work with a local company that truly prioritizes its customers. Jose and his crew of nine replaced our roof in just one day and did an excellent job. Even more impressive was the follow-up service—when we had questions about our skylight, Jose personally returned on a Saturday with photos from the installation to walk us through everything. That level of care and commitment is rare and speaks volumes about their workmanship. The new gutters look great, and the soffits were completed shortly thereafter. Matt even included roofing our shed and adding soffits where none existed before, which was a thoughtful touch that really finished the overall look. Every crew member was professional, hardworking, respectful of our property, and left everything clean. We are extremely pleased with the final result and would highly recommend Wells Home Improvement to anyone seeking quality work and trustworthy service.   I had a kitchen fire and was in a pinch since my paint/drywall person had to cancel at the last minute. I met Tony Johnston sales Manager of WELLS HOME who quickly set me up with Hector Membreno of ANIVAL PAINTING SERVICES. Hector got the drywall/paint done in two days to my satisfaction! Also was very reasonably priced..I highly recommend ANIVAL PAINTING SERVICE for your paint/ drywall needs.

  Had a big-time leak coming from the roof called Matt and he was there the next day. We had a horrible storm and the top of my chimney blew away. Water poured into the house Matt let me know what was going on and sent Travis out the next day to fix the problem. I can’t thank those two enough bad rain hit the day after and it would’ve been a bigger nightmare, prompt service, professionalism, and great guys Matt and Travis are the men thank you fellas.   2026: I went back to Wells after their previous stellar service when my roof was beaten-up after a big storm. Tony worked with me and my insurance company to get a fair appraisal of the damage, and Wally and his crew put the roof up quickly and professionally, communicating throughout the process and not leaving a trace of trash after they left. Great service all around. I will definitely reach out to them again when it is time to assess the siding. 2018 Review: Travis got back to me quickly when I reached out for quote on a new rain gutter system. He came by and gave me a quote on a Friday and had the work scheduled and finished on the following Tuesday. Fast, professional, no upselling. I will definitely reach out again when we're looking to replace the roof.

  Our neighbors recommended Wells to us. Everyone we met and talked to was very kind and walked us through all the steps. We had a 20-30year old roof on a house we just bought, that had many patches. For the inspection they took great photos and gave examples of what they would change (we added attic ventilation and widened the gutters), dropped of shingle samples, and kept us in the loop with the scheduling. We had the chimney recapped, brand new roof with ventilation, upgraded skylights, and new gutters all around with leaf guards. They also placed tarps around the whole house to catch debris for easy clean up, and to keep people and pets safe.

  Wells did a complete reshingling of our fairly large and complex roof and the replacement of 2 skylights. Exceelent job done by Wally Nieves and Jose's crew of nine great workers in 95-100 degree temps. We put out lots of water, gatoraide and ice. They were able to complete the job in 2 very long days and cleaned the place up perfectly. Price was also resonable. They will be returning to put up new gutters next week.
