  The guys that came for my roof installation did a messy job, they didn't clean well and left pieces of shingles everywhere. They were particles of shingles everywhere... communication with workers wasn't the best. When I asked about finishing and cleaning (it was almost 6pm) because they were talking and joking in my front yard one of them was very rude and almost yelled at me... It was about to start raining and got dark and they rushed and left without doing a good job. Apparently they thought the rain was going to take care of the cleaning part. I found food wrappers in my front yard and back. No consideration and manners. I had never experienced something like this when hiring people for services.

  I used their services to get a minor water leak repair from my roof. Their roof investigation report was inaccurate and did not agree with the Travellers insurance investigation report. They charged me $360 just for the report and they did not reimburse me this amount when I got the repair job done by them. Their charges of about $3000 seemed excessive to me for replacing the ridge vent, boxes around the bathroom vents and the shoe around the Dryer vent pipe. These were the items I suspected to be the cause of the minor water leak. I would not use them in the future.

  This is the worst window company I have ever worked with. I hired Chesapeake Roofing, Windows & Siding Inc. in April 2021. The job was performed incomplete, lead times was ridiculously long (even after Covid), the color of the windows delivered did not match the color ordered, after long back & forth the job was finally completed in April 2023 and a promised refund check has not arrived within the promised timeframe. We had a very bad experience and will never work with this company again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales process was easy, informative, and completely low pressure. The pricing was very reasonable, and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn't need. The entire process—from the initial measurements to the installation—was professional, efficient, and well organized. The installation team worked quickly, did an outstanding job, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.   This is our third time using Chesapeake Roofing, Windows and Siding, and they recently completed residing our house with James Hardie siding and new gutters. We are thrilled with the outcome. Both the staff who did the siding and those who did the planning were hard working, efficient, meticulous and attentive to our needs and desires for the project. We highly recommend them.

  Chesapeake Roofing did a wonderful job on our windows at almost half the cost of Windows Nation. Dominic was extremely professional in his initial meeting with us and didn't pull any shady sales tactics, just straight friendly business. The work team (sorry I forgot their names already!) were friendly, professional, and extremely hard working. A friend recommended this company to me and I'm so glad they did.

  We had Chesapeake replace all our windows. The installers did a fantastic job, cleaned up all their work, and completed the installation in 2 days. We are very happy we chose Chesapeake to handle the window replacement and world recommend them to everyone.

  Amazing job!!! The crew was experienced and professional! They were extremely detailed oriented! The windows have transformed the exterior and especially the interior of our house! And the price was incredibly affordable! Chesapeake replaced our roof last year and we will be using them for our front door!! I would highly recommend them!!
