  Terrible company to work with. Shane and Owen were my sales advisors who left the company and left me hanging. I emailed and called the company and no response. I even emailed the owner Sam and no response. After months of waiting, Shane contacted me from his new company and took over my insurance claim. If I knew I could switch companies I would have done it sooner but I had no idea how all this worked. (First time filing a claim!) Because so much time had passed, insurance would not pay the supplemental charges and I was responsible for the extra charges. Not happy with this whole experience but atleast this is all done and behind me.

  Sam and the Vanguard team worked diligently to get our roof approved for damages. Took almost 2 years of back and forth with State Farm but eventually it was approved. Hard workers in the heat of summer. Many thanks.

  I cannot say enough about this company. I had storm/hail damage to my roof. Sam came out and assured me that homeowners insurance needed to cover it. After the insurance company offering cheap repairs and laughable offers that they expected me to take , and sending out 2 of their inspectors and an engineer, they decided they were no match for Sam. His thoroughness, knowledge and will finally made them face the facts. Most would have given up. I got a full roof replacement after a months long battle. Thank you Sam and Vanguard!

  Vanguard offered a free roof inspection and discovered wind damage to our 15 year old roof. They helped us file a claim and coordinated with our adjustor who wrote us a new roof. We added new gutters to the scope of work. The roof work was excellent, however a design issue in an odd corner resulted in water damage in the family room several months later. Vanguard came out immediately to reroute the roof flow and do tear-out and repair in the family room, perfectly matching the wall and ceiling paint. Sam and team are exceptionally responsive and care deeply not just about their company's reputation but their personal reputations as well.

  Vanguard did a great job on my roof. They have professional staff and thorough clean up. Everything they said they would do.... they did. They also followed up several times to make sure everything was ok. I had one small item that needed to be addressed. They immediately sent a team member out to solve. I would definitely use them again.
