One of their employees left the truck tool box door open on a narrow street in Eastport, MD. The tool box mounted on the side of the truck has a thin metal door. As I was passing another vehicle, my mirror hit the door and the mirror frame was broken. I proceeded to take photos and informed the employee of what happened and advised him to close the door. As a retired firefighter and emt I’ve seen the trauma caused by bicyclists having car doors opened on them let alone a thin piece of metal sticking out in the roadway. I requested to be reimbursed for the repair and they basically said it was my fault!

Patrick, as we mentioned, we’re sorry to hear about the incident. Our vehicle was parked and unoccupied at the time, with the toolbox door open while our technician was on site working at a client’s property. Unfortunately, since the damage … More

They did a great job on replacing our siding, soffets, fascia, gutters etc. Our house looks brand new. They were personable and professional and reasonably priced. Rickey the owner, Juan and his siding crew were amazing. I only wish they did interior work!

Roof replacement and porch improvement done perfectly with top notch customer service from estimate to finish. On-site project manager was communicative and organized- always helping the crew who were very upbeat, whistle while they work, and hustling at all times. Honestly, it was nice to see crew and project manager work together so well enjoying their jobs- you can tell they are well taken care of by the company. The owner of the company came by to discuss options on a few details they discovered after demo and the outcome was perfect. They did a solid 2-day job in an extended day with smiles on their faces followed by a perfect clean up, but they even came back and rechecked the next day to make sure no nail was left behind since it was dusk on first cleanup. Having your roof done is never a fun process, but the efficiency and quality at a very competitive price point can't be beat. I have used this company at my tenant property for a multiple building roof replacement, small roof/gutter repairs, and now replacement at my personal home and they never disappoint - highly recommend!

Finding the right roofing company can be daunting, so I’ll make it easy for you… don’t waste your time like I did collecting quotes. Just call Black Anchor Roofing. Their pricing, craftsmanship, and customer service are top-notch. We had our roof, soffits, and gutters replaced, and the quote from a competing national roofing company wasn’t even in the same ballpark. Black Anchor did more work for a much better price. We had the pleasure of working with Jose Rodriguez, our production manager. He was there from start to finish and was always available if we had questions or found an issue. Having just bought an older house, a few unexpected issues popped up - Anytime we found something, Jose and his team had a solution and took care of it. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Black Anchor Roofing!

It was a pleasure working with Black Anchor Roofing! Our skylight started badly leaking during an intense evening storm. Despite me calling during evening hours, Black Anchor Roofing responded to my message within an hour and had a representative at my home the next morning to complete an assessment. Their estimate was extremely reasonable for a complete skylight replacement and the work they did was excellent. I highly recommend using them!

This roof replacement has been a long time coming! It took not one, but two storms before insurance would pay for this roof replacement due to storm damage, but the end result was worth it! Now our homeowner's have a fully replaced and protective roof to weather the next storms Maryland throws at us!5 days ago
