  Don’t do business with people who open their sales pitch by ignoring your clearly stated instructions and requests. There’s a sign on my door at eye level that clearly says “No solicitors” and warns that solicitors will get a bad online review. This is because my husband and I work from home, and roofing companies ringing our bell all day is disruptive and bad for OUR business. This company entered our neighborhood that also has “No solicitors” signs at both entrances, then came to my house and rang the bell after seeing my own sign. Am I going to hire a company whose employees either don’t care what I want or can’t read? No.

  This company replaced 3 different roofs for me and over the past 2 years and all 3 roofs have leaked bad and ruined thousands of dollars in drywall and i can not get someone to actually come out here to fix it after calling the office atleast 5 times kim-

  This is a total fake review Kim Hill was a client of ours. We have talked to Kim Hill there's been no leaks and no damages in any manner. Google has been contacted and this will be taken down. And we are in the process of getting information of where this profile is created. Shame on you you need to take this down immediately whoever you are. Legal action will be taken

  Mike and Lucas were phenomenal throughout the entire process! They were there to help every step of the way, providing helpful information and guidance without being pushy. They were excellent communicators and always kept us informed about what to expect and when. Lucas even went above and beyond by helping us make the call to our homeowners insurance. The work turned out great and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would highly recommend this company!

  Khalil is the man who assisted me with the woke thing, dealt with the insurance and the adjuster the whole time. I have nothing but great things say about him, his expertise and insight for my a new roof, I am so happy and grateful for it.

  The company came at the right time. They asked if they could give a free estimate and off we went. They did a very extensive assessment of my roof more than others have done. They found all the problems after wind and water damage I had. They were able to push back on my insurance company who did their estimate of damage without addressing the issue of where the water was coming from. They knew the guidelines of what the insurance companies can and can’t do which in turn not only were they able to replace my entire roof on my house they were also able to replace my shed roof Due to a clause in my insurance that all my roofs on my property should match. I had no problem with their professionalism and following through with what they said They were going to do great job prestige.

  Rick parsons was the salesman on the job, I can honestly say, I spoke to 5 other people and had no interest in getting this done, but he did a great job -and prestige, restorations does great work.
