  I regret having to write this review because my initial experience with Landmark Roofing was actually very positive. My neighbor referred me to the company after I needed my roof replaced due to the builder using cheap shingles and having several shingles come off. Landmark Roofing came out, provided an estimate, and scheduled the work. The roof was completed in one day. Austin and Patrick were both very professional and pleasant to work with, and at that point, I was completely satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks after the work was completed, I noticed that one of the shingles appeared to be lifting. I also noticed that a piece of plastic had been left in the roof area. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email over the past several weeks, but no one has responded or followed up with me. That lack of communication is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, unprofessional. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the issues I reported to be acknowledged and inspected to ensure the roof was properly completed. Because I have been unable to get a response after repeated attempts, I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau to see if they can assist in getting this matter resolved. I genuinely hoped this could have been handled directly with Landmark Roofing, and I would have preferred to leave a positive review based on my initial experience. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up has left me with no other option but to share my experience publicly.

  We used this outfit for a roof "tune up". The estimate was $1,200. The one roofer they sent out to complete the job was at our home for less than two hours. So either the scope of the work completed and/or the estimate was a miss. When …

  We have had nothing but problems with Landmark. They had installed a roof and we have had nothing but problems with it leaking. We found out that they installed the wrong material on our 1/12 pitch roof. They have come out several times to try to fix the shingles but we still have leaks. The owners Artie and Rob have both been out to our house. They even brought the representative from the shingle company and they all agree that they installed the wrong roofing material on our roof. Not only is it leaking but this is an exposed roof, you can see the nail and the broken wood. This is above a swimming pool, tiki bar room. Now that everyone is in agreement that they installed the wrong material Artie does not respond anymore. We have left messages on his cellphone, text messages and emails. Don't use this company. Unfortunetly I am going to have to contact MHIC, BBB and get my lawyer to fight this.

  Wasn't pleased. Company wasn't completely forthright. Had to assist with clean up which I didn't mind, but job took much longer than I anticipated, because didn't have much help in getting the job complete. Also, mixed communication with delivery of materials.

  The installers were very good, courteous and professional. Unfortunately the color wasn't even close to what was shown in the brochure. Secondly, the wrong color of drip edge was installed

  This company sends out incessant spam emails. Somehow a Shannon Dee got ahold of my work email address - where my duties have absolutely nothing to do with roofing - and send repeated solicitations for work. This adds to the pile of junk …

  Landmark installed gutters and gutter covers at my home. Within 2 weeks, there was water gushing over gutters near front door. One of the owners came out and explained that I would need to clear out the gutters a few times a year. Isn’t that what the gutters are supposed to do? They also sent my account to an attorney that threatened legal action during the time I was waiting for them to respond to my concerns. The gutters look fine, but I would advise consulting with other firms before signing a contract.

  I called to get a teck to come out and see where my leak was coming from. I spoke with the admin, and she informed me that the tech coming out would be able to look for leaks and make any small repairs. That's what I wanted. I did not want someone to come out who could not make small repairs. I ended up with a sales men that looked at my roof and informed me that he would get a quote out to do caulking repairs. What a waste of time. And I have yet to get the quote it's been a week!!!

  I would highly recommend using Landmark Roofing, they provided a quick evaluation and quote when I reached out, had a great turn around time to install and left with the yard cleaner than when they started. I see why most of my street used them for roofing jobs over the last couple of years.

  New Roof Gutter guards and PVC trim work was done and the clean up was done.They were very nice to work with and the price was good so I will use them again.Grwat job Guys

  I’ve known Artie and Rob since they first moved into their office. This Spring we finally decided to get the roof done. We don’t regret it. Their crew was very good in making sure when they were finished to clean up the surrounding area so our pets were not in any danger of stepping on anything.

  It was a superb job, and included emergency repairs to stop leaks over the living room in adnvance of the roof replacement.. The Lnandmark crew was great to work with. They did a fabulous job protecting the koi pond in the rear of the house from old roof debris. Landmark's assigning a project manager early on was a great idea.

  Everything...from the initial contact to the inspection, estimate, dealing with insurance, actual installation, and follow-up...was very professional and much faster than I expected. I plan on having a number of other jobs -- soffits, gutters, fascia -- with Landmark as well.
