Fred, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We strive to create a great experience for all of our customers, so I apologize for your experience. We do not prefer to communicate via text and email only. It is standard practice to collect a down payment. Working with insurance companies can be a lengthy process. We are well financed and do not use funds from down payments to stay afloat so to speak. We work with many 3rd party companies and always strive to work better together with them. We require all of our crews to pickup nails using a magnetic roller. I feel that this is not a true reflection of how we do business and would like to have a conversation with you to gain more clarity on your situation from your perspective. I appreciate your feedback and thank you for your business. I hope to hear from you soon.

Very unprofessional. I had project manager Tom A. come out for an inspection I agreed to have Weathersafe replace my roof. When my insurance initially said they would cover 60% of a new roof, Tom said he should be able to get if fully covered. But, I never heard from Tom again. And my insurance adjuster never heard from Tom either. I eventually went with a different contractor who was able to get 100% of my roof replaced.

Ryan, I apologize that you did not have a great experience with our Company. As a general contractor we are required to only hire sub contractors who are properly insured (with both general liability and workers compensation) and are registered with the state. Your insurance company would not pay our estimate (like most do). If we would've completed your job anyways, we would've paid money to do so. It's not about whether the job is too big or too small. It was simply not profitable. As a company it would've been very irresponsible to accept your job. We put a lot of work in trying to get your job to the point of being completed. In my opinion, it's your insurance company who deserves the one-star rating! In the end we feel we did the right thing by returning your money in full and explaining our position. Different companies are setup differently. Giving us a one-star rating because you found another contractor that did your work for the small amount your insurance company was paying is a bit extreme! Sincerely, Travis Walker, President

I worked with Rick Vining at Weathersafe Restoration to have a Brava roof installed at my home. My house had previously always had a cedar shake roof since it was first built in the 70s and my intention was to replace it with the same to keep the character of the house intact. Rick took a lot of time to explain the pros and cons of cedar shake roofs versus the Brava synthetic tiles, but ultimately left the decision up to me. The price between the two was very competitive, enabling me to focus more on the benefits and esthetics. Much to my surprise, in the end I decided to go with the Brava tile. I had heard from bids made by other companies that eventually it might be more difficult to get homeowners insurance for cedar shake roofs. While learning that was not the case currently after checking in with my insurance company and further discussions with Rick, Rick did speak to the improved class 4 fire rating, 50 year transferable warranty, class 4 hail and storm rating the Brava roof would offer. Obviously, the maintenance free aspect appealed to me as well. Rick also explained my homeowners insurance premiums would decrease because of this. Rick worked hand in hand with the insurance company to keep them apprised of the project status. I was having a difficult time with tile color selection as shown in his samples and brochures, so he worked with Brava to send actual sample tiles directly to me to evaluate in person. He was beyond patient through this entire planning phase. The install itself was seamless. Although Rick provided clear instructions, there was a miscommunication about where build materials should be dropped. Rick was on it within the hour to have the delivery team come back, move the materials and return my access to the garage. Zach was in charge of the build team on site. He was very clear with letting me know what would occur each day of the three day process, asking daily if I had questions or concerns, and showing me the days pro

We had a great experience with Weathersafe Restoration when they replaced our roof after hail damage. Justin was incredibly communicative, patient, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. He made the process easy and stress free, and we really appreciated his flexibility and attention to detail. He worked to get the job done in the timeframe that we needed, and managed everything with our insurance company seamlessly. We would definitely recommend them!

Ask for Hunter. He did an excellent job following up with my insurance company and requesting a second inspection after they denied the initial claim. He was professional and communicated throughout the process. I have had several companies over the years that have stopped by saying they can get a new roof. They all gave up after it wasnt approved the first time. Hunter puts in the hard work and is experienced enough to go toe to toe with insurance companies. I have already referred him to 2 other neighbors!

Incredible experience through Hunter Hitchens - we had weather related siding and roof damage that our insurance estimated at less than a thousand, but Hunter used his knowledge of code, materials matching and roofing code to get a full residing and roof completely covered -- I had spent 4 months trying to get more covered without results. Great workmanship, extremely competent, easy to work with, will definitely hire again.
