  I have a hard time to believe any of the five start review for this contractor is real. I am going to share my most reason experience with them. Here is what happened, I initially request an estimate for roof and siding for my property over their website. Then probably after not sure if 2 or 3 weeks, then they finally responded to ask me for scheduling. The scheduling was quick and I finally met with Dan (scheduled by Sheila). We chatted about the project and Dan shared the company was in business 30 years. I was really impressive and he also mentioned I should have an estimated by the end of next week. so I wait and wait and wait, nothing really happened, so I did not expect that I have to also wait for 30 years to just receive an estimate. I send an email for follow up, as of today I still have no response from Capital Siding, Windows & Roofing. will you really believe those 5 stars review, I don't.

  The installation of my new roof, using the finest asphalt products (GAF LayerLock®-labeled Timberline® Shingles) and the best warranty available, was completed within 2 days on a 3,500-square-foot residence. The crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Throughout the process, I was consistently informed of each phase, and upon completion, the site was entirely cleaned. They took meticulous care to address all my concerns. The new roof is aesthetically pleasing, and I would like to extend my highest commendations to Capital Siding and Roofing for their outstanding work.

  Capital Siding is an outstanding company!!! I got referred to them by a siding guy that got out of the business and I am so glad he referred me. I gave Jeff the bid from the other company as a reference for what work needed to be done. Jeff and Danny came out to my house, checked out the siding, and subsequently told me that not all of that work needed to be done. They could have just quoted the same thing that the other company did, undercut it a little and I would have been happy. But they didn't do that. They did just what was needed and saved me over $8,000!!! And from the beginning to the end, the whole team was AWESOME to work with. Organized, professional and just a great family-owned business... Thanks so much Jeff, Danny and Mike. You guys rock 😀👍🏻

  I had a good experience with Jeff and his crew. Jeff took the time to make sure there wouldn't be any surprises as we talked through the cost of replacing my roof. He also took the time to provide an updated completion list for me to submit to my insurance company after the job was completed, which provided me with an extra $950 payment beyond what I initially received. His crew did a thorough job on the roof and did a good job protecting my plants and cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them!

  Everyone at Capital was amazing from start to finish. We really had to fight for our insurance company to cover our roof replacement, and Capital was with us every step of the way, helping us navigate all of it. The new roof was done quickly and looks great.
