I used LevelEdge last year for a traditional shingle re‑roof on a duplex and had a good experience. The project was completed within two weeks, the work was solid, and the price was reasonable. Based on that, I signed a second contract for a flat balcony roof using a specific walkable product designed for balcony use. That second project has never been completed. I was told the product could be sourced and installed within a month, then before winter, then by Labor Day, then July 4, and now “mid‑July.” Every week I’m told the material is “en route” and will arrive next Thursday. I even agreed to switch to a similar product or a standard EPDM roof if needed, but the delays continued. Promises were made—including a gift card for my tenants—but nothing has been delivered. After months of missed deadlines and shifting explanations, I’m now getting new estimates and plan to hire a different roofing company. If LevelEdge completes the job before I sign a new contract, I’m willing to update this review. But at this point, I cannot recommend LevelEdge for future work.

Called to get a roof flashing installed. They took down all of my contact info, asked questions etc. Was told a technician was going to be calling me. Never happened. I understand roofers probably don't like smaller jobs, but if you aren’t interested in the work, say so.

Got gutters installed and was happy with everything. Until a few months later and we discovered an issue. When it rains, the water overflows in a section of gutter and comes straight down to our landscaping. I have been trying to reach them for over 6 months. phone. email. you name it. radio silent. They will do the work, but ghost you if there is an issue. Look elsewhere.

Hi Emily. We apologize this took so long to fix and the missed communication. We did go out to fix the gutters back in October. Thank you for allowing us to resolve the issue and improve. To assure this doesn’t happen again.

Great 5 star review, Yusef! We are glad to have earned your business. We know a roof and exterior upgrades can get costly and also be a headache to manage (gutters, soffit, fascia and a redeck). But we aim to always make the experience easy and affordable. We appreciate you giving us a chance to do another roof in the Saint Paul community!
