I do not recommend. They tried to sell me a new roof and recommended I rip out my siding due to a stem wall leak. After I had them rip out my siding, I got second opinions from multiple contractors including a roofer and plumber, who told me my roof was new and did not need replacing, and they didn't know why they ripped out the siding when the leak was stem wall down with no indication that the water was coming from the roof or attic etc. They charged me $500 to rip out my siding and cover the hole with roofing material. It was easier to pay them the money them to fight them on the whole issue. I would 100% get a second or third opinion if you decide to work with them.

Michelle, We were calling to find out if your plumber had figured out a solution to your water problem and see where we were at as you had interest in having us do the siding. It was as a simple follow up that businesses do. As far as the roof. The condition of the roof shows signs of it being older than 5 years first off. Second off, we stated to you after going in your attic and spending multiple hours at your property that the roof was not the cause of the leak. We did the water test and showed you that the roof was not leaking. We determined after you got the stem wall replaced that there was still water damage, and that the roof was not the issue, which is why you agreed to cut open the wall to see if we could determine where the water was coming from. The assessment of the siding was that it had water damage and rot. Which it does. You asked us to quote you for new siding on that side of the house. We also explained to you that the siding was not causing the water damage but was damaged and needed replaced. Also, this is why we spent the time cutting into the wall to try and solve the problem that your leak detection company could not figure out. We discussed beforehand the amount to do the work and that we would deduct that amount if you hired us to do the siding work which needed to be done due to the water damage. After determining that the inside the wall was not the leak problem, we recommended you get a plumber out there to determine the water issue before replacing the siding. You agreed to everything that was done. When tracking down a leak like yours there are multiple steps to finding it. If it was an easy determination, the leak detection company, the plumber, and your other contractors would have all found the problem, which they apparently did not. To find a leak like yours it takes multiple steps to eliminate possible causes of the leak. We feel your review and response is extremely unfair after we spent the amount of time we did at your prop

I have a 4,000 sq/ft. two-story house in Gilbert with a BIG (and kind of complicated) tile roof. I'm moving soon, and my old roof looked OK, but it was 27 years old and it clearly was time to get the underlayment replaced. My mom looked …

Kaleb Riley was my Project Manager, he is the reason Weather-Titr Roofing is getting a 5 Star Review. There was a snag getting the Roof Replacement scheduled after paying the deposit and signing the contract. Thanks to Kaleb's persistence he did get it booked, from there the job moved smoothly up until the roofing crew made a few errors in their cleanup process after the roofi g was completed. Once again Kaleb Immediately and Promptly jumped on the situation and saved the day. Kaleb is the reason for the 5 Stars, if it were not for Kaleb staying on top of the process from start to end this job would have gotten a 3 Star Review. Weather-Tite is Very Fortunate to have such a caring and hard working Project Manager in Kaleb!

After a recent wind storm I noticed that some of my concrete tiles had shifted and cracked. I contacted Brock at Weather-Tight Roofing and was extremely pleased with the advice he gave me after the inspection. He was able to repair my roof and come up with a plan to eventually replace my roof at an affordable price. My previous roofer took advantage of me and overpriced my previous repair. For now on I will recommend Weather Tight Roofing to all my friends and family. Thank you Brock for your service!! David
