  Hi Barbara, we apologize for the negative experience that you feel you've had with us. It is correct that you spent $2500 to do the awning portion, however, when we came out to do the foam work, we did it at our expense, for free. We have tried to meet with you to make things right, but the best we've been able to do is meet with your neighbor instead. Every time that you've called, we've made you a top priority and come out to the property to assess the leak right away. Since the last time that you called was in February of 2022, and you're now leaving a poor review, I'm assuming the leak has not been taken care of. We would be more than happy to meet with you, and explain why we sent the proposal that we did. Please give us a call to help resolve your issue at 480-671-5769 Thank you!

  Hi TJ! I wanted to start by thanking you for your business. Unfortunately, we did try to reach out to you and explain all of the sheets of plywood, but we couldn't get in touch. We do strive to keep our customer fully informed throughout the process but that does rely on two way communication as best as possible. Regarding the roofing debris, we try our hardest to make sure everything is picked up and we do get a lot of great feedback on our ability to do so. Being that you're still finding pieces, we'd love to come clean it up for you, if you haven't done it yourself already. I wish we could have been made aware of this prior to it damaging your experience with us. At the end of the day, we are only human and can only fix the mistakes that we're made aware of.   Called them to get a quote on a roof repair and possible replacement. They told me that they could possibly stop over later in the day. Never heard from them and tried calling back next day to get another time they would have available. No answer left a message and got a call back 2 days later with an appointment on following Monday between 12 and 1 PM. The main person was out sick but one of the roofers came in place and was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked if he had any idea of price and he took lots of photos and said that he wasn't allowed to give estimates. That was completely understandable so I called the office the next day to ask when they might have an estimate available since the closing on the house was within a day or two. The lady in the office said later in the day and the line went dead. I called back and apologized whether it was my phone that lost signal and started to speak and she hung up again. I'm not sure what or why but a week has gone by have already closed on the house and still not received any estimate by email or follow up by phone. Don't call the office apparently and ask when you might get your estimate or you will be hung up on. Very unprofessional and I will be looking for a new roofing contractor!

  I am very disappointed with Efficient Roofing. We had them tile our roof last spring. When we developed a leak in the same area of our roof this fall, I called and called, left messages, but I was unable to get Justin to come out and see why the roof was leaking again. I have had to hire a new contractor to fix the problem.

  Mike, To address some of your comments. Construction errors happen to everyone. Yes, a nail was put thru one of the wires over your patio. We did not hide this fact or try to shift blame. We addressed it immediately and got someone out as quickly as we could. It was only 2 days before we had an electrician come out to fix the wire. We cannot control other people’s schedules, only our own. If we could of had someone out same day, we would have. Also, this wire did not short out your house or major areas in your house. It was a nuance, but did not leave you without air conditioning, power to your refrigerator, or darkness in most of your home. There was only 2 interior rooms that did not have lights. We do not do "terrible carpentry work" as you stated. We have the pictures of the completed work to authenticate that. Our crew replaced additional wood for you that was not included in your original price to which you also have not paid us for still to this day. Debris being dropped from the roof will happen. We are tearing material off to replace with new. This is explained before every job and we always ask that your personal items be moved out of the construction zone. Our crews clean up every single house. There was no "damage" done to your gates. The patio wood that was replaced had the gate attached to it so the only way to replace the wood was to remove the gate. We reinstalled the gate after the wood was replaced and verified it worked and you were satisfied before we left your house. Painting wood was not quoted in your original bid. We also do not do large painting areas being we are a roofing company and not painters. We can do small, touch up areas as needed. This was explained to you and you constantly do not listen and keep insisting it be done. I would also like to address your negative review you left on Google about changing the material the day of the job. We never changed the material, you wanted us to change what was originally quoted.   We had a great experience with Efficient Roofing from Justin coming out to inspect, the office getting us scheduled and to the crew getting the roof replaced with new shingles. The crew did an excellent job and left the jobsite clean. This is our 2nd home using Efficient Roofing so we highly recommend them! Thank you to the entire staff!

  Our AC broke and ended up damaging part of our roof — anyone who’s been through an AZ summer knows that’s not a “get to it eventually” problem, it’s an emergency. This crew got that right away. They worked around our other contractors’ schedules to get the roof fixed before the new AC unit went in, which honestly saved us a ton of time and stress. Not having to wait around while everyone figured out logistics made a huge difference when we were already dealing with no AC in the middle of summer. Really appreciated how well they communicated and coordinated with everyone else involved. Would definitely recommend them if you need a roofing team that can actually work fast and play well with other contractors.

  Everyone was friendly and professional. All materials were delivered as scheduled. Crew completed the entire roof in one day. Tarps were laid everywhere and crew did a great worksite clean up. The roof looks great. I highly recommend Efficient Roofing. I give a salute to Justin, the office staff, and the roofing crew.
