  Just witnessed two of your drivers run red lights on Stapley and the US 60 at 4:58 AM if these clowns can’t follow the rules of the road they’re probably not gonna build a roof correctly

  Careful about choosing these guys. Witnessed a gentlemen choose to leave his cart in a spot instead of taking it to the corral. Imagine what else they’re being LAZY with.

  We had Five Guys Roofing come fix our roof from Storm damage done in September. We used this company because it was what our HOA was contracted with. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! They cancelled our appointment that was scheduled for 3+ months the morning of within the 7-9 AM window they were supposed to show up WITHOUT notifying us it was canceled. With a lot of push they rescheduled us for the next day and showed up hours past the window they told us without any communication. They said they would come back to finish the job on Monday since they worked on Saturday and never showed up or communicated with us. The main line or Justin never returned any voicemails we left and Bianca gave us attitude when we called on Tuesday to confirm when our project would be finished. I DO NOT recommend this company for your roofing needs.

  The 1st time they repaired our roof it was obviously not don't completely but patched. We paid ove 7k & they been back 3 times trying 2 years later, because I went up to check the roof because were seliing our house. After 3 times they finally fixed most of it they way it should have been 2 years ago, leaving one small section of roof untouched & never done. This is not a good company.

  They use a automated chatbot to field all calls and you cannot get through when there is an issue with the roof that is under warranty. Do not recommend! They do not honor their own 20 year warranty!

  TL;DR: Five Guys Roofing (scheduled by the HOA) blew roofing debris—including tar and hazardous waste—into our private courtyard and the shared common area. They ignored requests to stop, left a mess (including a saw blade in a common area used by kids/pets), and never returned to clean up. On Friday, January 23, 2026, Five Guys Roofing arrived unexpectedly at my townhome to complete roof repairs arranged by the HOA. Work began before 7:30 AM, waking us up to leaf blowers, stomping, and hammering. The crew blew large amounts of old roofing material and debris off the roof into our locked private courtyard, even after we told them our dog uses the space and asked them to stop. Although they agreed, they continued to use blowers throughout the day, covering the courtyard with dust, tar, and foam despite multiple cleanups on our part. When we suggested they use a shop vac (and said they could use ours), they refused, saying it would take too long. They also blew debris into the shared common areas, leaving both our patio and the open grounds littered with roofing waste when they finished. They did not return to clean up, leaving behind roofing remnants, and even a rotary saw blade in the common area where kids and dogs play. The next day, our trees and patio were coated in a white, powdery substance that has not come off even after power washing (it looked like it was lightly snowing the next day due to the unknown material falling from our trees). The roofing material contains old tar, which is documented as a potential carcinogen and health hazard when disturbed. A Google search states, "Old roofing tar, particularly coal tar pitch, is considered toxic and a potential carcinogen, posing risks through inhalation of fumes or dust during removal. It can cause skin, lung, and bladder cancer, as well as skin irritation, headaches, and respiratory issues. Risks are highest when tearing off old roofs...   Their follow through is non-existent. After having them do some work, apparently the inspection of a particular item still needed to be performed. It took me 2-3 calls and an email and over a week to get in touch with someone initially. The re-inspection date has come and gone and I have heard nothing from them. I called today and of course was only able to speak with the AI service again. So if you want a company that doesn’t finish the job, no-shows for appointments, and won’t return calls, this is absolutely your place. Even dealing with their billing department is like pulling teeth. It’s hard to even get a reply.

  “Expect More”? How about expect the bare minimum — parking normally in a crowded parking lot. This was in Tempe on 12/5.

  If I could give 6 stars I would! Our 30 year old house had a leak causing damage inside. We were in a pinch so I tried to tarp it but didn’t know what I was doing. They were able to identity the problem area with our flashing and last minute came to properly tarp it just before it started raining again. There was great communication and updates. The guys came the next morning and got rather extensive repair done quickly. Everyone was friendly and I appreciate the way they handled everything. When I’m ready for the new roof I know who I’m calling.

  I highly recommend Five Guys Roofing! Omar and crew arrived timely, were very knowledgeable, honest and professional with their assessment and approach. Upon reviewing their work, I was reassured when I quickly saw the level of quality and craftsmanship that had been placed into the job! Very impressed!

  Aaron did a great job. Aaron was here at the scheduled time. After looking everything over he took pictures and showed us the concerns and provided options on how to proceed. He also did a quick fix to the issue until we can the permanent solution in place. The service was top notch.

  We use Five Guys for commercial work. They have been fantastic to work with, from communication, their proposals are clear with diagrams and photos, their scheduling, flexibility, pricing and quality. They work with my budgets and don't try to upsell, pad or hit us with change orders. I look forward to a continued relationship. Keep it up guys, and in particular, Jay.

  Another great experience with Five Guys Roofing. I recently purchased a rental house in McCormick Ranch that had an old roof in need of repairs. One roofer wanted to replace the entire roof. For a reasonable price, Five Guys repaired the roof to get me several more years of use with the existing roof (saving me thousands).

  Five Guys do excellent work. They just completed some follow up repair work and the workmanship was outstanding. Plus the crew were polite and on time. Highly recommend Five Guys!

We inspected the tile roof and found discoloration across several courses along with an open flashing gap.
