This company has been to my door THREE times, knocked, rang, and left advertising, IN SPITE OF 2 NO SOLICITING SIGNS up on our window and door. Respect people’s boundaries. You won’t be getting our business.

Ignoring no soliciting signs is wild, not to mention knocking on people's door to solicit business is a shady practice. Its usually followed by pushy sales tactics and lots of lies and empty promises. This is why I have no less than 3 signs …

I hired ProWest LLC in August 2025 for a State Farm hail damage restoration on my home in AZ. My insurance approved a full scope of work totaling $24,791.74, and I signed a contract with ProWest to complete that entire scope. What actually happened: ProWest completed the roof replacement (the most expensive line item, roughly $18,900). They then abandoned the remaining scope — gutters, downspouts, deck staining, painting, and other exterior items totaling around $3,900. A ProWest representative admitted in writing that they would not complete the remaining work because it "was not profitable." After picking off the profitable portion and walking away from the rest, they filed a mechanic's lien on my home for $19,791 — which included work they had never performed. When I disputed the amount, they reduced the lien to $14,181, effectively acknowledging the original filing was inflated. I filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. The ROC issued a Written Directive on April 16, 2026, finding workmanship below professional standards on paint items and requiring ProWest to make corrective repairs. The directive resulted in a 2-year strike on ProWest's license, which is public record. When ProWest sent laborers to perform the corrective work, they spray-painted without properly masking the surrounding area, leaving overspray on the stucco and shingles and using mismatched paint. This was documented at a follow-up ROC inspection. During the payment process, ProWest also refused to honor the 5-year workmanship warranty term that was written into my signed contract unless I signed a Certificate of Completion falsely certifying the work was "completed to my satisfaction in accordance with the estimate." I could not sign that document truthfully. ProWest downgraded my warranty to 2 years as a result. At the ROC inspection, a ProWest representative promised in person to return and correct the oversprayed area. As of this review, that has not happened. My

The worst work ever!! 14 months ago our insurance paid them nearly $40,000. They didn't replace not even 1 board. Now we have water leaking down an interior wall causing extreme water damage and mold. Total ripoff that sounds like insurance fraud to me.

I live in Prescott which is not close to Gilbert where Prowest is based. The Project Manager canvased each house in our subdivision offering to do a free inspection of the roof looking for storm damage. He claimed there was 1/2 inch hail in the area recently. This practice is shady at best. The hail in the area was pea sized at best. But even 1/2 inch hail is normal and would cause no damage.

We had a friend refer Prowest Roofing so we called and they came out. Maddie was great, we signed a contract not knowing we would be stuck paying over $4100 for a cancelation fee if we chose to go with another roofing company. No estimate was written, no material was ordered. We ended up calling another roofing company also to get another opinion and ended up going with the other company as they provided an estimate, Prowest never wrote one for us. They are in the process of making us pay over $4,100 for a roof we never ordered from them. They claim they have “loss and damages” from us not moving forward. I let them know we are more than happy to compensate Maddie for her time and efforts but 4 hours of work for $4,100 I can’t wrap my head around. A company would we make someone pay this steep of a cancelation fee for not a dollar put into our roof is mind blowing. Just shows what kind of company they are.. Just our experience unfortunately but definitely worth spreading the word on. Zero stars..

We hired Pro West LLC to install a tile roof in 2019. Unfortunately, the workmanship has been extremely disappointing. Within six years, the roof developed serious leaks, despite having a 5-year warranty. Upon inspection, it became clear …

Ignored my No Soliciting signs and pounded on my door multiple times. I did not order any services or request a visit from them at any point prior. Incredibly unprofessional

I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Prowest specifically Nick and Landen they were great to work with. They helped with all aspects of getting my roof replaced. They helped me navigate the insurance world and always had answers to my questions. Thanks to the both of you. YoYo

Chris Hassen is the best. When our insurance company denied our claim, Chris went to bat for us and didn't give up. He literally put a roof over our heads. 10/10 would recommend.

Just had Kyle Cummings from Prowest Roofing replace my storm damaged roof. I was in construction for 50+ years and had to say what a pleasure it was working with Kyle. From the adjuster inspection, to the final clean up, he was right on top of it. The crew was polite and very professional. It was refreshing to work with tradesmen who took as much pride in their job as I always did! Would highly recommend this guy to anyone!

We were SO IMPRESSED with our roofing experience with Prowest!! Luis Torres was very attentive & patient with us & our questions & concerns. His text response time was always very timely. We were informed about each step in the process. We were given a start date quickly. The day of the installation the crew came early in the morning & worked throughout the day. Our roof was completed in one day. The crew did an excellent job on the roof & then proceeded to clean up meticulously after completion . We would highly recommend Prowest to friends & family!!

If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! ProWest Roofing is THE best roofing contractor in the Phoenix area in my opinion. We initially contacted Kyle Cummings for a free quote and we immediately felt so comfortable with him and his product that we stopped interviewing any other roofer. Kyle met us on our time, explained EVERYTHING in detail, kept his word on timeline and made this entire process of a new roof stressless. Kyle kept in constant contact with us throughout the process which kept us at ease. The roofers made sure they covered our pool on the tear off phase, they were very respectful of our property and cleaned up ALL of the debris that they created in the process. We have solar panels on our roof and Kyle assured us they have a company they work with that could remove and reinstall in a timely manner. Kyle delivered and we felt just as comfortable and confident with the solar company that ProWest uses. My husband Jarod and I highly recommend ProWest Roofing for any roofing project you may have. We can’t compliment Kyle Cummings, ProWest Roofing, their employees and subcontractors enough for the amazing jobs they did!! I could go on and on but rest assured you’re in good hands with ProWest Roofing! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Nick Bruns, the ProWest roofing team, and my insurance company were excellent to work with in replacing my roof. In only a few days of inspection of hail damage the roof was replaced with new materials that will last for many years. It was a pleasure to meet and work with everyone who had a hand in the roof replacement.

I worked with Nick Bruns. He provided excellent service in identifying wind storm damage on my roof, working with the adjuster, and even getting the permit from my HOA. He thoroughly explained each step and ensured delivery and installation were timely. I love my new roof and wish all contractors were as diligent and conscientious as Nick Bruns.
