  Scheduled a consultation with this company and they never showed. They messaged and confirmed with me multiple times leading up to the appointment and I still have yet to hear from them. I called and texted the day of my appointment and I waited over an hour at my house for someone to arrive and noone ever did. No follow-up communication at all.

  Ty has Horrid service from framing ,plumbing,electric,drywall,paint,and lack of permits,fibbin draft plans , workin on a suspended roc lic . Usin non lic peeps. Would love for a video link to be on here .

  Made an appointment via email for 10 AM today. By 1015 AM when nobody showed up and no one called to tell me they were running late, I called the office. I was informed that my appointment time was for a one hour slot even though nowhere in the email correspondence does it say anything about my appointment being a window of time. I was then told they would check in with the Technician to find out where he was. By 11:05 AM I still had not gotten any information from the office about when the technician was showing up so I called the office back. The office staff said that they “texted me. It must have gone through” with the information on when the technician was actually going to show up at my house. At that point there was enough red flags that I decided to cancel my appointment altogether and go with a company that has a higher level of customer service.

  I was asked to write a review a couple weeks after fresh home solutions replaced my roof and installed my solar system (08/2023), I held off because there were a few things along the process that made it difficult to leave a good review right off the bat. There was lack of organizion and communication between employees and them keeping us (husband & I) updated. They were making it seem very inconvenient to work around our schedules, and we were expected to just be available when needed. We tried to back out of the solar deal a couple of times but were reeled back in with Matt's and Elija's ease of words and professional manipulation tactics. That aside, I will give credit where it's due. They did a good job installing the roof and solar and cleaning up after themselves. There's no complaints about their work. However the complaint is about how they lie to people (about solar) saying what they are getting will meet and exceed their electric needs and once you're in , you're doomed. I'm stuck with a big loan to pay now and the same electricity bill amount I was previously paying. When we reached out they admitted their mistake (we have proof) and were told that it can be fixed by purchasing more panels...? We were VERY specific with the amount of electricity we consume and that we understand if solar isn't for us, but no.... we were REASSURED over and over it would cover our usage. Contract is signed, months go by, were paying the same amount plus a loan... its ridiculous. My husband reached out to various employees and was always left waiting a call back or an email. When he'd reach out AGAIN he was told THEY were waiting on us to contact them...my husband was finally able to meet with them (he took initiative an drove to their office) we weren't offered an in person appointment ever to try and look for a solution. Anyway we are still dealing with this because we were told to pretty much to "do what we must" to deal with this. Also we were told Matt doesn't work wit

  Horrible experience. Roofers did a terrible job and rain came pouring in through vents, the ceiling fan and completely damaged the ceiling of our bedroom. Very unprofessional. Our television was damaged and our bedroom is a complete mess.

  Monty was our salesperson and all around go to guy for the renovation of our two bathrooms. He consistently checked in on how the projects were going. We had a couple of snags along the way but Monty was there coming up with solutions and making sure things were done right. We are very happy with the service Monty provided throughout the entire process and we are thrilled with the way the bathrooms turned out!

  We worked with Tom at Panda on tile roof replacement. He was great to work with, very communicative, timely and answered all our questions. The crew was efficient and effective, working diligently to complete the work in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day, every day. We are happy with chose Panda.

  Tom was great and communicated well with me. Although it took longer than expected from start to finish, due having solar comoany come in to remove my panels then again to put back in place when the roof was done. They also needed to obtain addition similar color matching tiles. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and the finish product. Price was reasonable and warranty is great. I even got a better price when paying cash. Tom came by for final check up to make sure everything was complete and that my solar was back up and running. I would highly reccomend panda roofing to anyone in need of repair or replacement.
