  Eco Roofing did not do their due diligence and removed tiles from my roof without authorization. I will be pursuing a complaint with the ROC for unauthorized work and possible damage to my property.

  Hi Kristina! I am sorry you’re dealing with this, however I’m not seeing your name in our system anywhere. Perhaps it’s under a different name? I also checked with our production department and no one in our office has been informed of a situation like this. If you can call our office to let us know what’s going on so we can locate the file, that would be great 480-695-7736 If we did something wrong, we will always make it right and our customer know that but we seem to be unaware of any outstanding issues currently.   I’ve never left a review a day in my life but the level of money spent for preventative maintenance as a homeowner and total disregard for professionalism has inclined me to take time out of my day to warn anyone considering Eco Roofing. This company has selective customer service. Beware the initial quote and review of your home is great, but once you agree to whichever services you’ve chosen then comes the communication chase!! What was supposed to take 4 days to complete turned into 5 months of the worse service experience and not just the clear disconnect in communication but the total disregard once they got paid. We’ve had two home inspections since the so called job was complete and countless infractions were identified. What was preventative maintenance has turned into the need for our entire roof to be replaced for much more than what we spent with Eco. And to clarify, a month ago we sent an email to the owner Eric as a final attempt to rectify the issues that are covered by warranty and really should have been covered in just the initial installation by good workmanship …..he’s yet to reply. The 5 star reviews are smoke and mirrors Note: Eco only uses unvetted 3rd party roofers and they tell you not to speak to the workers. Update: Eric, the owner, reached out after this review was posted and claimed he did not receive an email. Which I immediately provided him with proof of (It was sent a month ago to his email address that he asks customers to contact him on). He also advises customers to contact him directly by phone, which we also did throughout our experience. Either way Eco Roofing has left us highly frustrated. It is our opinion they are incapable of correcting the countless infractions that they created and assumed ignoring us would be best for them.

  After the work was finished, I discovered a noticeable scratch on my personal vehicle that had not been there before. When I brought this to the company’s attention, the workers denied causing the damage. A representative came to inspect it and stated that he could “buff it out.” He also questioned whether I was sure his crew was responsible, which I found dismissive and unprofessional. I am dissatisfied with how the situation was handled. There was no accountability or meaningful attempt to make things right. While the quality of the roofing work may have been adequate, the lack of customer care and responsibility for property damage leaves me very disappointed. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

It sounds like only a picture was provided as you weren’t home. As you can see with our many other positive reviews, we are A company like no other, that will always go above and beyond to make things right if a mistake is made. In fact, we are almost always provide a better value than other roofers. Although it’s unfortunate for our family owned business that you felt it necessary to give a one star review based on your estimate experience, I do appreciate the feedback as it provides us with learning experiences to continue to grow. We pride ourselves on the customer experience that we give our customers and assuming your roof wasn’t too steep or dangerous to walk on, which it sounds like it wasn’t if someone else got on it, you’re right, we should’ve gotten on the roof to properly measure and inspect. Nonetheless, I’m glad you were able to get your roof taken care of.   OMG, where do I begin...ECO Roofing have been on my side the entire way. I can't say enough good things about ECO. Quadruple "A" performance and satisfaction. They constantly kept me informed as far as progress and completion times. Can't go wrong with ECO!!!
