  On June 2, 2026, two representatives from Weather Built Homes came to my home for a siding estimate. The visit did not go well. The initial price presented was approximately $60,000. Over the course of the visit, a series of discounts were applied — including a veterans discount and a 55+ discount — bringing the number to approximately $38,000. The veterans discount was mentioned early in the conversation, along with a claim that the company is veteran-owned. Later in the same visit, the company was described as woman-owned. Make of that what you will. I stated clearly and multiple times that I was not going to make a purchasing decision that evening and intended to get several bids before proceeding. That was not respected. I told the representatives that if they did not leave, I would definitely not be buying from their company. They still would not go. I can only conclude that they knew if I received other bids, they could not compete on price. I had to ask them to leave more than once before they finally exited. I would encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple bids first and to be aware of what the in-home sales experience may look like. I felt like I was buying a used car.

  I am filing a complaint against Weather Built Homes – Residential Roofing Services regarding extremely aggressive and uncomfortable sales tactics. Two representatives (one of them name Juan). Forgot the other kids name…. came to our home Friday afternoon and spent approximately an hour pressuring us to commit to a roof replacement. Despite repeatedly telling them we were not ready and did not want to proceed, they continued insisting. They used fear-based language, including statements about the safety of our children and the condition of our roof, to pressure us into making a decision. They also attempted to get us to provide identification and discuss financing options before ever providing a clear estimate or written price. During the conversation, they gave inconsistent information, stating both that the roof needed replacement and that they might not even be able to complete the work due to the structure of our manufactured home. We repeatedly asked for a price and options but were not provided with a formal estimate. After an hour of pressure, they left briefly and then returned stating they could not provide an estimate at all. Their behavior caused significant distress. I became extremely anxious, had difficulty speaking, and told them they were making me uncomfortable. As soon as they stepped out I broke down in tears for how uncomfortable I felt in MY OWN HOME! I believe this conduct was unprofessional, misleading, and coercive. I am concerned they may be using these tactics on other homeowners. I personally do not believe this is the way to do things. DON’t USE THIS COMPANY

  Decided to work with this company because they’re woman owned and loved that. Had Scott Hulsey show up to my house and felt so uncomfortable with him. Started talking about other woman and if only I wasn’t married…. Not sure how this company can employee someone like that. Very unprofessional. Very high pressure sales I don’t recommend.

  Chris was very informative and helpful. He showed me things going on that I didn't realize and how to best fix the issues. We had great conversations and he was very pleasant. And I can't wait for the windows, they are going to make a huge difference for me!

  John came to our home and presented my wife and I options for a complete roof and gutter replacement. The company was very easy to work with and John was excellent (and a former Marine too!). The price was reasonable given the market conditions but we look forward to seeing the end product and the umbrella security we desire.
