  We hired Home Pros to replace a 32" one piece alcove shower/tub with a 34" tub with tile surround. Pretty straight forward 5 day project, right?! The project manager screwed up from the beginning and was fired as our project entered its third week. There were too many mistakes to recap, but we ended up hiring someone else to tile the job, and I ended up finishing the painting due to yet another no show. Holes were drilled into our new tub (that were repaired but not like new) to try to support the tub since it wasn't done properly from the beginning. This nightmare project took over two months and also involved replacing the flooring in the bathroom and building out a wall to accept the tub. Communication from Home Pros completely stopped until I received a call from the office a couple of months later saying I had a balance due. Ha! What a fiasco! For your remodel needs, hire Adrian the Renovation Guru.

  The work crew delayed my project then got stuck working in rain. Never saw the use safety harness. Did not clean up there mess and blamed it on the wind. Would not listen to us the homeowners about requested work listed in the contract. …

  I brought up some concerns after my roof replacement back in July. A month later I spoke to Madi, who told me someone would reach out and here we are mid-October and I haven’t heard a peep.

  Not sure how this company has such a high rating. Dan came out and gave me a price for a new roof and Dan did a good job explaining everything. Decided to go with Home Pros to replace my roof. On the day they were supposed to show up, no one was there. Called Dan and he said he no longer worked there but did make a call for someone to call me. Home Pros said they rescheduled me and no one called me. They gave me a lot of excuses on this. They did show up the second time. I talked to the foreman about fixing the vents that was in my contract that Dan found and he knew nothing about it. After the roof was done I had nails sticking out of my roof eves. Home Pros offered a $500 discount that they did not tell me that this would happen. I declined and said it needed to be fixed. I talked with one of the owners Casey and we came to a conclusion to fix this problem. I called a couple of weeks later to see when they could schedule me and Casey had left the company. The person I talked to said they would look into it. I called back a couple of weeks later and they said they were still looking into it. It has been 2 months now and I can’t get a call back or a solution. I paid a lot on money to Home Pros and can’t get any help. Company is full of excuses and they don’t tell you everything up front. I would look for another contractor for roofing.

  My friend recommended Skylar who would be honest and helpful thru getting my roof replaced.He reach out right away.did his inspection.I was treated like I was family. He went over everything with me thru the process.and made me feel comfortable that I got a good deal and could afford it Thank you Skylar your boss should be proud of you.says a lot for Home Pros Construction.

  I am happy with home pros but not with the 3rd party that did my roof. Other then damages to my siding and having to come back to fix fascia all went well and fast. They were in and out in 2 days. Representative was cool and listened to my every need. I'd recommend company for sure but make sure 3rd parties in Portland do everything right. Best communication and qoute i got. Punctual and efficient

  Roof replacement. The guy who sold me the job went mia when it was time to start. They were quick to do the job. We're quite messy. I understand waiting until the end to pick up but leaving garbage all over the walkway and vegetation is not okay, especially for older folk who can't navigate around it. I mean pick up as you go. It is the considerate thing to do. Work was good. Lack of porta potty on site forces me to open my bathroom for a crew of 4-6 men. You can imagine how that went. A worker peeling out for about 10 seconds in his stupid loud car as he left the job one day. Unacceptable. Non professional. Invited me to have pizza with them but the workers took it all and there was nothing left. Lack of supervision seems to be the problem in my opinion. They are a new company and perhaps will get everything squared away soon. Found a couple nails in my parking lot along with staples. No big deal but could have been for someone. One worker was smoking on our no smoking property. It got handled but still was quite upsetting for those who live here. I dont want to sound like a complainer but you are paying someone well over 50k for a roof you expect some sort of professionalism from everyone and a good roof in return.

  Working with this company was great. Great communication from our first meeting. When issues came up ( not on their fault) they contacted us quickly and talk us through all the options. In the end they built this amazing space that we use everyday. I would definitely use them again .

  Nathan and Atticus came to my house to do an estimate for a roof replacement. They drove from Eugene to Coos Bay to do this and offered a lower bid than any other companies I had reached out to. Great customer service and very helpful in explaining things that I didn’t understand too much about. Very excited to work with them!!

  Home Pros recently completed a major renovation project on our home. We are SUPER STOKED with the entire experience. Madi was our sales representative. Her product knowledge and confidence put us at ease right away. She took time to get to know us and found a way to make our goals a reality. The roofers were deliberate and methodical and they did a fantastic job during challenging weather. They worked tremendously hard and completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. The next step was siding and windows. Nathan brought in the All-Star team for that project. Jeff, Ed, & Daymon showed up and took home improvement to the next level. These guys aren’t just carpenters, they are artists. Every phase was done as if they were working on the own homes. They refused to accept anything less than perfection. During the process, we had many questions. Each time they stopped what they were doing and enthusiastically taught us what was happening. They were polite, fun to talk to, and ran a super clean site. At the end of each day, they did a thorough clean up and all the material was organized and protected. This home improvement experience was phenomenal. Thank you to everyone who made this happen!!!
