  STAY AWAY!!!! In 2019 I paid them $33k to redo my guest house roof, they did it wrong and installed the beams horizontally, not allowing the top and bottom vents to work. My tenant started having leaks condensation and mildew issues. I called their company repeatedly for a resolution and they simply ghosted me. I had to pay another roofer to tear up the roof and remove all the molded boards before reinstalling the roof properly. I have all the evidence including invoices and photos and statements from my current roofer, and I am filing a complaint with BBB and CCB.

  Wouldn't even consider my tiny little 26x14 patio said it was too small, what a joke guess I know who NOT to call when it's time for my 2500 sqf rental which needs a complete tear off so yeah, dont bother them there to busy for you

  I hired these guys build a patio cover at my house. When they finished the cover I asked about integrity of the design, and they said it was more than sufficient. Then, the entire structure collapsed 2 weeks later because of snow. When they returned to replace the structure, they did build something more sound, but neglected to put in 80% of the bolts/nails for the hardware they chose to use (I'm guessing they were trying to save time/cost as they were now in the hole on the project). I had to ask them to return to finish their work. They did, and I believe I now have a safe and sound cover in my yard. Perhaps they should change name to 3rd Chance Roofing? They often dropped appts and neglected to notify me at all. Their team regularly left cigarette butts in my yard and did the bear minimum clean up after work each day. I don't sense that they have much, if any, commitment to professional work or pride in the products/services.

  Very nice and well-run business. I got an estimate from Chad the day after I called and he got the work done a few days later! It was a complex job that required cutting a hole in the roof and replacing a bathroom fan duct that went through the roof. They did it without a hitch. Very happy!

  We purchased a fireplace insert and the company we went through subcontracted with 2nd Chance Roof and Chimney LLC to do the initial prep work on our fireplace/chimney. They were very profession, quick and cleaned all dust, dirt and debris before they left.
