Included in the bid was a custom-molded pan to replace the existing flashing around the chimney. This wasn't done at all. Instead they spray painted the old rusted flashing black and sent me a picture of it like it was new. …

Thank you for the feedback. We did return to address the chimney flashing and vent connection after they were brought to our attention, and we always want to know when something doesn’t meet expectations so we have the chance to make it right. Feedback like this helps us continue refining our process so details don’t get missed.

It is a shame when an owner of a company will not admit that they could possibly not be in the right. And the Better Business Bureau gives them a big old goose egg. Buyer beware

    Reply from the business

Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely regret that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation for potential customers. When we completed your roofing project in 2022, we were committed to ensuring your satisfaction. After you reached out two years later regarding the water issue, we conducted a thorough inspection and discovered several contributing factors that were not related to the installation of your new roof: 1. Proud Roof Line: The ridge of your roof is 6 inches longer than the gutter, leading to potential water overflow. 2. Slight Sagging: Some sagging is common in roofing, which can direct water toward the edges. 3. Preexisting Conditions: There were moisture issues in the wood before our work began, which we had to address during the project. While we offered a solution to install metal fascia to help manage water flow, it’s important to note that existing structural issues can affect how water interacts with the roof. We have made significant efforts to assist you, including providing free repairs beyond our contractual obligations. Regarding the awning, we made a good faith effort to reflash it professionally, improving its condition. However, when you continued to requested additional work at no charge, we realized that we were unable to meet those needs beyond our contractual obligations and best efforts. We regret that you felt dissatisfied with our resolution. Please know that our goal is to address all customer concerns to the best of our ability. We truly value the trust our clients place in us and strive for transparent communication throughout every project. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope you find a resolution that works for you.

Do not use this company. We are honestly shocked by our experience after all of the great reviews. No one on the job site spoke English, with the lead only being 18 years old. My nieces room was flooded, and the debris was left everywhere on the roof, in the yard, and in the koi pond. My sister had to call the owner to get the crew to come out and clean the job site. Neal, the owner and estimater, never came to supervise this bad workmanship and mess. Damages to my daughter's room and pond have already cost $3,000. Please save yourself the stress and do not use this company. We will update if this situation is resolved and if the owner fixes this mess. My sister had to get on the roof to find work that wasn't finished and vents that were not fixed. Last night, there were shingles flapping in the wind, and the roof was supposedly done. There are reviews on here about the team communicating throughout the project, and not one person could even speak English. When my sister ran out to tell them the roof was flooding inside, no one understood her or the urgency. When spending tens of thousands of dollars, in this case, $41,000+, you want to trust the company, and we clearly should not have.

Malarkey is more than just the shingles they put on it reflects throughout the company. Just some average joes, trying to be nice but its jumbled condescension. Av club videos of running water down waterproof dry in material???

We're sorry you feel this way. The video you're referring to is one we made so our potential and existing clients can see the quality of the shingles we use and the craftsmanship that goes into our work. Had them give us a quote for our roof replacement prior to solar panel installation. After multiple phone calls and coordination with the solar panel contractor they decided to back out of the project. Fairly uncoordinated and lackluster effort on their part despite me going to bat for them with my solar contractor.

    Reply from the business

This is unfortunate that Tushar felt the need to give us a 1 star review. At no time did we enter into a contract with Tushar, nor provided any work for him. This was not a “lack luster” effort by any means. We looked into the project in … More

Had a total roof replacement and was very happy with the service. The work was done in a very timely way. The men who worked on the job we’re all very polite and respectful of my property. Their price was one of my lowest three bids. I would definitely recommend Buzzline and use them again.

I ended up with nine companies bidding on my roof I ended up using Buzzline Roofing because they superseded the Rest by large margin in every area. 1) Follow though: they showed up every single time when they said they would and fulfilled all of the expectations that they gave from the very beginning to the end 2) Communication: I never had to wonder when they were doing anything because they told me when they were going to do it and they did it at that time 3) Staff: All of the staff were friendly courteous and professional from start to finish 4) Roof: Beautiful, they gave me clear options and choices of what I wanted with a lot of detail including able to drive by past projects to see how it looks on other houses. 5) Bid: this was so awesome, I had a one-page bid that was clear and concise without pages and pages to weed through and figure out what was going on 6) Price: What can I say? I was expecting a price that was the same or more than everyone else but to my surprise they were the least expensive of anyone how in the world does that happen, amazing. I could go on and write a book but I wanted to stay as simple as possible and get the point across you will not be disappointed if you use them.
