  I know nothing about their roofing service. What I know is they sent solicitors to my door to drum up business. I have a cart on my front porch full of snacks and drinks for delivery drivers for all their hard work this holiday season. I have a sign on that cart saying the snacks are for delivery drivers. One of their solicitors took snacks from my cart. My wife watched this on camera. Last I checked, they didn't deliver any packages to my front porch and they were not invited. Her coming to my porch and taking something that didn't belong to her is criminal trespass and theft. Integrity is how you act and being honest when no one is watching (at least when you think they are not watching). They were kind enough to at least leave a business card....

  Wow! I had expert roofing come out for an estimate and what a waste of time that was. First off the tech that came out was very short and acted like he did not want to be there at all. Then after he was done with getting the information to write up the estimate he quoted me $23k!! For a 2 bed 1 bath house with a roof flat enough to ride a bike on. I got 3 other bids from reputable companies and all of them were between $10-15k INCLUDING repairing any rot that was found AND patching up a vent hole. Don’t let these guys get you!

We realize costs can seem so high nowadays (for everything) but in reality we are a company that can stand by our work which necessitates investments in training, insurance, and licensing that we must have to operate and to be in business when our customers need us . We have a list of customers that we've had to completely replace their brand-new roofs and siding due to poor workmanship and not being able to go back to the company to remedy it, either because they weren't in business or they just don't care. They ended up paying for their projects twice and I'm sure they wish they would have chosen the right company to begin with. We sincerely hope your project proceeds smoothly. When selecting a contractor, it's crucial to verify their licensing both locally and statewide, ensuring they meet the necessary standards for professional operation.   Taylor was very professional and friendly during the estimate process, he made me feel as though I was in good hands and that he was educated in the roofing industry. That being said, upon receiving our estimate, I was shocked at the cost. I ended up getting 4 more estimates from the top rated roofing companies in Eugene/surrounding areas and all of them quoted me about half of what this company quoted me. $20k for a 1800sq roof is grossly over priced. I was told that they had just done a home show so I don’t know if they had given their best pricing to those people, or maybe they just didn’t want/need our business, but I did feel like they were retrying to take advantage of us considering their quote was double what everyone else quoted me, so if you get an estimate from this company, I highly suggest getting a few other estimates before making a decision. Also, nobody followed up with me to see if I had any questions.

  I booked an estimate a week in advance they told me to be there at 1:00 p.m. on a house that is owner occupied that we are about to do closing paperwork on. The estimator arrived way before our meeting time, Disturbed the owner who works from home and didn't call me to notify me that they already did the estimate, so I drove 45 minutes to the property and sat there and waited for half an hour until they realize that they already done the estimate so they lost between 10 and 13,000k that was going to pay for a brand new roof and skylight. Edit. You could have told me more information rather than repeating, "sorry for your inconvenience". At no time was I told the estimator would come back. I did tell you when I booked the estimate that it was OWNER OCCUPIED. listening and communication isn't your strong point. Glad others are happy with your company. I'm not impressed.

  We apologize for the miscommunication, our estimator was not aware the person he was meeting with had not yet arrived as the apparent homeowner he spoke with told him to go ahead and proceed. Apparently our estimator had just missed you as he had just finished up a few minutes prior to when you called, according to our phone records at 1:01. And when we called you back at 1:04, we were unable to let you know that he was willing to head back to the location to meet with you as you had terminated the phone call abruptly stating you did not want to do work with us. Again, we very much do apologize for your inconvenience.

  I spent 20,000 dollars to roof my house, it is a high pitched roof so cost is high. Seemed like a good job, efficient clean up. 11 months later I have water pouring out a recessed light in the ceiling upstairs. Two days later they come and they did not seal a vent and even left the cover for the vent a foot off the ground forgetting to place it down. They fixed it because they are contractually bound to do so but hopefully I don't have long term issues like mold. It seems hypocritical to put expert in your name when made such a bonehead mistake, I expect more for my 20 grand.

  You are right, this should never happen. We are human, yes we do make mistakes. Part of being human means we also care a great deal about the work we do and our team does as well, which is why we are all disappointed that this happened on your job. We have processes in place to prevent things like this from occurring. We will be reviewing what happened and revamping those processes to make sure this does not ever happen again. We do hope that we can put your mind at ease knowing that you did choose a contractor who not only backs their own work, but is also certified by the manufacturer to be able to offer the roofing systems and warranties in which both the product and the workmanship is guaranteed. Regardless, we stand by our 5 year workmanship guarantee. We do hope this gives you some peace of mind now and in the future.   I have a membrane roof on my front porch (20 feet by 12 feet). It has a slightly raised area approximately 3 1/2 feet long. The roof does not leak. It just looks like the roof material was not laid down properly at the top towards the shingles on my homes roof. I am selling my house and this area was written up by an inspector as needing to either be repaired or a statement made by a licensed roofer saying it is not a problem. Of course, no Licenced Roofer will write up a statement saying it's just fine. I called a number of roofers to get an estimate. Expert Roofing is one of them. The person at Expert Roofing said they can come out and inspect the roof for $130.00. I thought it was a bit unusaul for an estimate to cost $130.00. However, I needed an estimate done for the repair addendum, so I agreed to pay the $130.00 for the estimate. One of the roofer employees came out and examined the roof. He took pictures of my porch roof. I said there was an addendum, he asked if I would email it to him? I emailed him the addendum. He pointed out in the pics that my roof has major cracks in the seams where the membrane is bonded together. He also said the roof material was installed incorrectly. He said he would get back to me with an estimate. He called later that day and told me it would cost $3,000.00 to replace the roof on my porch. I told the Roofer that I am retired military and asked if they give military discounts? He said, "I think so but it probably won't be much." I told the Expert Roofing estimator that I had another roofer coming to look at the roof. He said, "you do???" I said. "yes. :)" He asked me to let him know what the other roofer quotes. I didn't answer and said thank you and we hung up. The other roofer came out. He examined my roof. He said my roof can be repaired and it would be a two-hour job and would cost me $300.00. I asked him about the seams where it was bonded if they had major cracks? He said, "the seams are sealed

  We find it disappointing that you feel it is necessary to give a company a one star rating who has not done any work for you, nor charged you for anything. One of our main goals is to do high quality work for our customers. We were called out to give an inspection of your membrane roof. (There is a difference between an inspection and an estimate). As stated on the phone, you would be charged if we were to write up an inspection report for you, or if we were able to perform the repair. Neither of which we felt we could do as we found the membrane portion of the roof to be improperly installed. We as a company need to be able to stand by the inspection report and/or the repair we do. In this case, since we could not in good conscience do either, we gave you a free estimate for replacing that portion of the roof. We would never want to mislead anyone with a false report. While we understand you are unhappy with our estimate, we want to make sure our customers receive the highest quality work from us, and not have problems down the road. We are happy that you have found someone to do the repair for you, and hope the sale of your house goes smoothly, however in the future we hope you only give negative reviews to companies who you can actually assess the quality of their work or service, and not because you didn't like the estimate they prepared for you.

  Expert Roofing Services did a great job installing my new roof. They explained the whole process in detail and completed the job quickly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Expert Roofing Services to anyone who needs a new roof or roof repair.

  I recommend Expert Roofing without reservation. The presentation was thorough and without pressure. Max Stoneburg managed the project with care and generously went beyond what was required in helping with a gutter drainage problem. The crew was efficient and careful. I can not be more positive about our experience with the tear off and roofing project.

  They gave me every reason to say yes, so I did. Roof looks great; I’m curious to see how/if the cobra/ridge vent system was worth the cost and how the roof holds up overall. There was a miscommunication regarding shingle removal early on but we reached a reasonable compromise. The 25 year warranty gives me a good sense of security, and I was grateful for the yard sign and other discounts. Overall a really smooth experience at a competitive price.

  This company had great communication. They showed up when they said they would and did a wonderful job on our roof replacement. They cleaned up everything and were very respectful. Fair price for a good product with a decent warranty. I highly recommend them.
