From the beginning to the end of the project the experience was great. The crew was professional, did a great job and made sure there wasn't a big mess during the process. We love our new roof.

Fredy and his crew are ultimate professionals. We replaced the roof on our house with high end architectural metal shingles. Not only was the installation meticulous but Fredy suggested design improvements, running flashing higher up the wall and building higher curbs for our skylights. The roof is truly waterproof and I expect it will last for my lifetime and more. Then we had a large maple tree strike that crushed the roof. I did not hesitate to call Waterproof Roofing and Construction. The crew re-built our trusses, replaced outriggers on the eaves, replaced all of the OSB sheathing with plywood, installed heavy duty facia, installed standing seam metal panels, replaced the gutters and downspouts, and installed hardi-plank siding. This was accomplished in the winter with a large crew in 2 days. Being dried in quickly at that time of year was important to us, and again the workmanship was exceptional. I would not hesitate to call Waterproof Roofing again for our roofing/restoration needs.

This crew was polite, and cleaned up each evening. They put up a lovely metal roof on over 4k sq ft, 12x12 pitch roof area, after removing all the old cedar shingles. It was a wonderful job, and I highly recommend this company. Dr. Liz Syreen. Whidbey Island

How very fortunate we were to meet Fredy. He is honest and a hard worker who kept the communication flowing at all points of our project. Fredy and his team worked efficiently to create a high-quality new roof for our home in a short period of time. The crew meticulously cleaned up our property each evening. After the project was completed, Fredy came back to examine it and wanted to fine detail one last aspect to make sure everything was done perfectly. Should we need to have some deck work done, we definitely know who we will call and can rely on. Thank you Fredy and your team for everything! L & MA
