  We needed our whole roof redone. I got several quotes and we ended up selecting Orca (though slightly more expensive than other bids). We were very clear that we knew there was dry rot and wanted it fixed. They fixed a couple of dry rot spots but left many. It was evident that they just wanted to get in, get out, and get paid. There were so many issues I am in absolute shock that they have a 5 star rating online. I would not recommend Orca roofing and wish we had elected to go with a different company that actually cared about doing the job right.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Orca Roofing & Exteriors and we couldn't be happier with the results! Chris Schott (project manager), Nazar and the whole crew were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job from start to finish. The work area was cleaned up and tidy at the end of each work day. The project was completed on time and within budget. We were impressed with Chris' thorough review of our roof condition before our initial meeting, bid items and recommendations for improvements like intake vents and chimney cap cleaning.   I was very impressed with Orca Roofing & Exteriors throughout our project. We had another 3 vendors come out to take a look at an issue in our bathroom that we thought might potentially be a roof leak, but they all missed the issue except for Orca. The technician from Orca immediately recognized the issue was not related to our roof, but rather an incorrectly installed bathroom vent fan hose. Not only did Orca fix the issue within the same week, but they were significantly less expensive than the other vendors who bid on the project. The team at Orca was very thorough in communicating ETAs, costs, and the scope of work throughout the project. Thank you all for a job well done!

  Hired Orca to help replace some roof shingles and gutter downspouts. They had the best price among the vendors I reached out to, and the work was done well. They ordered the incorrect downspouts, but came back a few days later to correct the issue. Overall, the work looks great and happy with their service!
