  I had a very disappointing experience with Landmark Roofing & Siding Company. They installed windows at out house and attached are some pictures of drywall work. The craftsmanship was subpar, and there was a clear lack of quality control throughout the project. They delayed the work several times and left many jobs unfinished. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The reason for 2 stars is because of the help from the owner to fix some issues. Update (March 27, 2025): While I appreciate the owner's response, I must add that contrary to what was specified in the contract, the work was not inspected by the company's Quality Assurance team. I have no reason to make false claims - my only goal is to help other consumers make informed decisions based on my actual experience.

  Had a great consulting appointment with Evan to repair an old skylight and get a new one installed, but they never followed up with me and ghosted me after 2 of my own follow ups over a few months. Not sure what happened because it seemed so promising...

  Know the facts before you choose this company. Sales pitch presentation was excellent. Unfortunately it only went downhill from there. This company uses Sub-contractors. It's a hit or miss. The insulation crew was very professional. The roofers not that much. There is no follow up from your account rep until there is time to pay, of course. I ended up micromanaging the crew to ensure damages to the gutters were repaired. We were charged double for labor hours (we had cameras showing exactly how many hours the actually worked). Owner should do better managing his subcontractors and trusting the customers. Not the other way around Ensure that any "discounts" offered to you are in writing; otherwise you will be fighting to get them. They are NOT the cheapest company around. Therefore I was hoping for a decent experience. I was not expecting to have go through this headache after paying >20k ** Adding here since I'm not able to reply to the owners reply: I don't want to start a discussion here. What is done is done. The "discount" provided was not a discount it was more of a correction to the amount invoiced. It goes back to my point: I'm the client and should not be put in the position to micromanaging your subcontractors.

The roofers who installed your roof were employees of Landmark Roofing and Siding for over 12 years. At the time your quote was given, we were unaware that our roofing supplier would be unable to directly put the roofing material on your roof. Therefore, our employees had to climb the ladder, carrying 80 lb. bundles of roofing material and put it on your roof. And there were 80 bundles they had to put on your roof. Because of the time discrepancy of how long it took to put the 80, 80 lb. bundles on the roof, we readily gave you a discount, after we did our research, which you accepted. We were never informed that there was damage to your gutters. We would have responded immediately, if we would have known. Please reach out if you would like to discuss your concerns further.   I needed to replace a leaky roof. Contacted Landmark because of their excellent reviews. Folks at Landmark called me back very shortly. After asking a few questions about the project they refused my business because it was not big enough for them. They said due to covid they take on only large projects. What covid has to do with it I do not know. Just be honest. I am left very disappointed.

  I initially was very impressed with their work. The skylight they installed in June started leaking with all the recent rain. They insisted it was not their fault. Had another contractor come out. It was their fault they placed the window inside flashing instead of over it, so water went into my house. Now I have hundreds of dollars of drywall damage.

  The website details this company's willingness to take on everything from: "small repairs to full replacement". When I called them, they told me they only do new installations. Searching for home repairs is difficult. They deserve a low rating simply for luring me with the false offer of services they don't provide.

  Stay way!!! Picture this, a 3 years old kid playing in a backyard full of rusty nails!!! I had a new roof and gutter put in at one of my rental property a couple of weeks ago. All was great until my tenant informed me that they left a mess (rusty nails, old shingles) behind. Landmark promised to send someone to take care of the problem but days went by and my tenant is still out cleaning up the mess so eventually their kid can go to play outside. I will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone either.

  Landmark was absolutely terrific to work with! Their pricing is incredibly fair—not the cheapest option available, but certainly not the most expensive. What really sold us initially was our estimator, Alex. He was extremely thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and is just an all-around good guy. Our Project Manager, Eddie, brought that same helpful, high-quality attitude to the job. As for the actual work, the entire crew led by Robin and Danny was exceptional, and their cleanup was comprehensive and done with true care. If you need roof or siding work done, call Landmark. You will be very happy with both the process and the results!

  Landmark was quick to respond in getting some fixes done to our roof. Lots of pictures taken so you know what it looks like before and after. Landmark just now completed a full roof replacement. Excellent professional job !! Easy to work with providing pictures and daily updated progress. Looks amazing. Highly recommend.

  I was referred to Landmark by my colleague and she was right! The owner, office staff and all the crew members are all excellent, very responsive, reliable, on time and hard working. Landmark helped me maximize the benefits from this project while offering a great quality and competitive pricing. They will give you honest feedback. Make sure to talk to the foreman at the beginning or before the project to get the best results. I was impressed that they finished the project that involved a lot under the time they did while not compromising on quality. I strongly recommend Landmark.

  after a small leak showed up in our living room ceiling we called landmark roofing and siding for a roof inspection and roof replacement. The estimator explained option clearly, the crew kept the yard tidy, and the new roof and trim look great. for a roofing company that communicates well and delivers quality work they were a solid choice.

  Everyone in the office was very easy to talk to-- both helpful and friendly. Whenever I called, they made sure to answer my questions or get back to me soon. I really liked that the initial estimate was given in person, with a clear explanation of what my options were after doing an actual physical examination of my roof. I had my roof, 3 skylights and gutters replaced; the estimate was highly competitive with my other estimates and the final cost was exactly what they said it would be. The contract paperwork they sent was extremely well presented with clear expectations of what they would be doing. The work itself is excellent--and continuing to prove so throughout this rainy season. The workers were courteous and respectful of my property; clean-up was excellent. There was a tiny glitch at the beginning when getting on their schedule to complete the job--but I know that at the time I was arranging my replacement they were going through an office shake-up that had contributed to the issue. Once I called to confirm that I would be on the schedule soon, they worked hard to keep me well informed by following up many times as they worked through the scheduling; they also apologized profusely for what was really a minor problem.
