  It looks like this company is using AI to handle the calls. I called 3 times. Everytime you need start the conversation first. Then every time you need to explain the problem and give address etc. When asked, are you AI? Then it would say I am real person. LOL. All the time it would disconnect after taking all the details. When asked, can I talk with real person, it would not transfer me. I would not prefer to go ahead with this company for my roofing work. Very annoying!

  I had an excellent experience with Wederson from King Roof Care from start to finish. I had a water leak issue from the roof so I reached out to Wederson. He promptly answered the call, had me text him pictures of the problem, explained the initial costs over phone, and came over early the next day. To diagnose the root cause, he did a detailed inspection explaining to me at each step what he was doing and by showing me pictures from the attic and the roof, and identified the issue as improper installation of the skylight. He gave me two options to fix the problem explaining the pros and cons of each. He was very polite, patient, and thorough in the job he did. I would strongly recommend King Roof Care's services.

  King roof care was quick to respond to our phone call within minutes to schedule a roof cleaning. The Service provider was professional, friendly, and informative every step of the way, providing pictures of our roof before and after the service. The quality of the work was excellent. The cleanup process was great after the service and we were very happy with the results The quote and what we were charged was exact what we paid

  I had to replace one of the skylights at my house, they were quick to respond and helped me out. The gentleman was very polite and easy to communicate with. I was very please with the result and definitely would hire them again.

  I had a great experience with Wederson from King Roof Care. I hired him to repair my roof after it was damaged by a fallen tree. He came out promptly, inspected the roof thoroughly, and repaired the tree damage as well as other existing issues he found during the inspection. Wederson did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend King Roof Care to anyone needing roof repairs.

  Hired Wederson and his team for a full roof replacement before putting my house on the market, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Wederson personally handled everything over text and was responsive to every question and request. The quote was fair, and when something came up that wasn't in the original scope (chimney cricket and flashing), he added it at no extra cost. They also properly terminated my bathroom exhaust vent through the roof, which fixed a real underlying issue instead of just covering it up. What really set this team apart was the follow-through. I noticed one small thing after the crew finished and texted Wederson a photo and he had someone back at my house within 30 minutes to fix it. He came by every day after the work wrapped to check on cleanup and make sure things were squared away. On the last day, he personally went around my yard and raked the mulch back into place himself, that's the kind of attention to detail you almost never see from a contractor. This is a guy who genuinely cares about the work and stands behind it. If you need a roofer, hire this team.

  We noticed a few water spots forming on the bedroom ceiling and knew we needed a roofing professional. This company responded quickly and scheduled an inspection within days. They found the issue faster than expected and explained everything in plain language. The repair was completed neatly, and we've had no signs of moisture since.

  4.9 ⭐️ – Great experience with just a couple of small suggestions We recently had our roof replaced by King Roof Care, and overall we’re very happy with the results. The new roof looks fantastic, and the crew was professional, friendly, and great at explaining what was happening throughout the process. Even when the weather wasn’t ideal, they stayed on schedule and kept the project moving. The banging during installation caused a piece of the drywall to fall from our ceiling inside the house right next to our skylight during the work, but Wederson came back promptly to repair and repaint everything, which we really appreciated. The only reason I’m rating 4.9 instead of a full 5 stars is due to the cleanup process. After the demolition phase, the team did one check around the outside of the house, but it seems there wasn’t a final “yard/property” walkthrough once the full job was done. When we did our own second check, we found a few leftover pieces of cedar shingles in the tall trees and dog run area, as well as several metal roofing prongs in the grass and dog run. Thankfully our dogs weren’t in that area during the work, but finding metal debris there could have been risky. To be clear there was a final ROOF walkthrough and inspection after the job was completed. The owner Wederson came back a few times after they wrapped up and made sure everything on top of our new roof was looking perfect and completed. Everything else about the experience was great, and we’d still recommend King Roof Care. Our only suggestion would be to do a more thorough final sweep of the yard—especially around grass, dog runs, and areas close to the roofline—to make sure all debris and nails are cleared. Overall, we’re very pleased with the roof and the service. Just a small improvement would make an already excellent experience even better. Thank you, Fred

  Great experience!! Great team! On time, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, great clean-up. Super result and price very fair. The owner provided additional care ( cleaned the chimney, painted the vents to match the roof color). Vacuumed the storage areas. I can’t imagine a better crew!!!!!

  We hired King roof to do the roof and gutter. They have done an amazing job. They are honest, and professional. Weanderson, the owner, is such a great guy, respectful and upfront. They don't try to rip you off or over charge you. I strongly recommend him.

  We were worried about a leak in our roof and King Roof showed up at our house within 10 minutes of us calling, unscheduled. They were so helpful and nice as they investigated the leak and walked us through our options. I highly recommend King Roof for any roofing projects.

  Our initial contact with King Roof Care was exceptional. Wederson actually listened to what we said and thoroughly inspected our house. His bid was the best of 8. Ongoing communication was excellent. Courteous crews did quality work. This was our all-time best contracting experience ever.
