  Called for a quote customer service rep was incredibly rude, i help my daughters daycare find contractors for things i don’t do(like cleaning roofs) i don’t like being accused of doing anything malicious. When i ask how they charge and am accused of fishing for information just shows how unprofessional this company is. Only info i asked is if you charge by the square foot or do bids. Because I can provide square footage for a quote don’t see how thats fishing for information, just wanted to know how they price it out company and owner are a joke and terrible customer service

  I hired this company to demoss my roof & clean out the gutters. Luckily I went outside before the big rain storm and found debris sticking out of the drainage pipes. I was able to pull about a foot of debris from the bottom of the drain pipes. We cleared out all the drain pipes (total of 4) ourselves & verified that the gutters were actually cleaned out. Never again will I hire this company & nor should you.

  Susan why wouldn't you call and let me know that you have an issue I'd be happy to solve your problem rather than you just leaving a poor review. If this is a real issue call me 800-766-3927 we will be out there today to see what's going on as far as drains in the ground we don't clean the underground drains. Call me 800-766-3927 What date did you have the service? What is your address so I can look you up to see if this is even real.

  Got a referral from a resident, they were prompt in communicating and the lowest in quote, but not forthcoming on warranty details or additional referrals, when i asked more details for it they decided to pull out of the job. Just the quote said lifetime labor warranty and done 13 homes around here, which isn't good enough for me to learn more details about.

  Hi Varsha We did an excellent job on your roof and gutters but when it came time to pay you disappeared and then it's a cat and mouse game to try to get paid for the services we did. Wanting to be paid for work we did for you deserves a one-star review ??.... We try and do a great job for every customer I suppose you can never make everybody happy

  You were very difficult I don't want any problems therefore I refuse to do work for people that give indications that there's going to be a problem also you wanted to trade this work meaning you didn't want to pay for it you want to do a trade we don't do that sort of thing

  I wanted to say Shaun was prompt in taking my call and providing a quote for our roof coating. That said, I am wondering if the experience I had with him is the test of times or unique to me. We were looking for a roof coating, Shaun's quote was pretty reasonable, timely, and detailed. Kudos! But, we had couple of questions and today he cut me off the call, and that too in a pretty unprofessional manner. All we wanted to know was the material they will use for the coating as we wanted to read about the safety of it. We didn't even object to the price. He said they are busy and basically shooed me away. I felt that was very inconsistent with all the glowing reviews I have read. Wonder why I am being treated this way. Could the owner of the company respond to me via email?

  I searched online for roof cleaning companies in bothell area and found this company. This was my first time using them. I got an online quote and chose them because they gave me a reasonable price. But that was it. Since I was not going to be home, I called them the morning of the job and told them to call me when the job was done so I can pay them. Shaun ( don’t know if he is company owner or employee) called me after job was done and was very rude on the phone. When asked how the job went he raised his voice and said they did what they described in the invoice. When asked if he can tell me condition of the roof, he visibly got upset and said he does not know any companies who describe the condition of the roof because they don’t. When I politely asked if he was upset and he said he is definitely upset because I asked him a question. What kind of company is this person running if he does not know how to show respect to a customer????? I am definitely going to spread the word in my neighborhood not to use them. Please only choose them if you would like some unprofessional/yeller talking to you on the phone. If you are expecting a polite professional company, they are definitely not that!!!!!

  We had a great experience with their roof cleaning service. They also inspected our roof and gutters and did a very thorough job. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they found and made sure everything was taken care of properly. We really appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we’re very happy with the service. Highly recommend them for roof cleaning, gutter inspection, and general roof maintenance!

  I had a great experience with Shaun and his team. They performed 5 star service cleaning gutters and mossy shed roof. They were careful with the old roof and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, I highly recommend them.
