  Gilmer and the team at Touchstone Roofing are amazing. Initially, in fall of 2025, I was seeking a quote for some siding repair. However during the inspection, Gilmer was incredibly knowledgable, pointing out areas that were in more immediate need of attention vs. areas that are structurally sound. This helped me prioritize my project and made sure I was focused on the most pressing issues. The team addressed the siding and replaced the soffits around my entire home along with new gutters. The work was done quickly, professionally, and with little disruption to my daily activity. At one point several months later, a portion of the gutter came loose. Gilmer and his team came out the same day I reported it to fix it, quickly and professionally. This spring, I reached out to them again to help fix up a shed (new roof, gutters, pressure washing, painting) and replace and old wood deck with a new Trex deck. Again, the work was quick, professional, and the prices are absolutely fair (verified with multiple quotes and via friends who work for the housing authority). As the Trex expanded with the heat, they came back to address any changes or gaps. I am incredibly happy with the work Touchstone performed for me, and I plan to reach out to them again for future projects. So happy I've finally found a reliable team to work with! I highly recommend Touchstone roofing!

  We had owner Gilmer Arteaga and his crew from Touchstone out this month to replace some rotted siding and base trim on our home. They did an excellent job, including painting the new wood for us. Gilmer is great to work with. He always picked up the phone when I called to ask a question. He showed up a number of times during our five-day project to check on things. His crew cleaned up our property at the end of each day. Another thing I like about Gilmer was his bid proposal was very professional and showed pictures of where the repairs will be made. I would highly recommend Gilmer and Touchstone.

  We had to get an outdoor wall redone because of rain damage which included replacing siding, framing and the dry wall. Gilmer and team started the job promptly, completed the it on time and did great work. They paid attention to detail, used quality material and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Gilmer communicated professionally, without delays and provided the documentation (quotes, invoices) needed to talk to insurance.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service! The builder MOE from essential builders did an excellent job fixing the house leak quickly and professionally. He identified the problem right away , explained everything clearly, completed the repair with great attention to detail. What impressed me most is reasonable pricing - no hidden costs, just honest and fail work. It’s rare to find someone so reliable , skilled and trustworthy. He also gave warranty of his work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing home repair. Truly outstanding service !

  Touchstone Roofing and Siding did an amazing job repairing my garage. Gilmer and his team provided a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done to ensure that I fully understood the scope of work and answered all my questions. Once work started, Gilmer's team worked exceptionally hard and fast while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Gilmer and his team were very responsive throughout the repair process and provided regular updates. I am very happy and impressed with the repairs.   Touchstone, Gilmer and his team did an excellent job repairing our damaged home siding, installing gutters and repairing key areas which was in need of repair. Professional, excellent customer service combined with the high quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Plus, they finished on time, cleaned up the area and within the budget. I would not hesitate to hire Touchstone again for remodel work or repair.
