THREE leaks after they replaced our roof 5 years ago. Less than a year after, we had a roof leak (staining on ceiling). We called, they came out and said it was fixed. A few months later, it leaked again! This time, water was dripping …

Hi Pamela, your review is quite disconcerting and your emotion has been heard. We have always stood behind our work and continue to do so. Every roof is unique and so every job is designed with that in mind. It is understandable that you would seek out additional opinions but we would have liked to have a chance to change your opinion on our company and family. We get that your frustrations from 2021 are still very real and apologize for being the company that caused them. We do hope that any of our customers feeling similarly would contact us directly so we can work to resolve these issues before they end up in a public review. A lot can change in five years and we are always looking for ways to reflect positive growth. We hope you are able to connect with a roofing company that meets your needs, even if it is not with us. We fully understand that trust is easily broken and hard to get back, however, we will be here and would be grateful if you gave us a chance to change your opinion.

Wales Roofing is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. They have been around for 40 years which says a lot about them. I would recommend them 100%. With all the terrible stories I’ve heard about roofers I feel very confident this would not happen with Wales! Thanks to you all!

This job entailed replacing a lower roof at my house that appeared to be in a state of questionable integrity. Wales Roofing did a FANTASTIC job!! From my initial interaction with Frank Wales III, to interacting with Amy Wales in the office, to the diligent workers that completed the job, everything was handled in such a professional manner! Thank you!
