  Like I said before we only guarantee what is in the contract, which doesn't say anything about color matching. You paid us when we completed the job to your satisfaction 1 year ago. If you weren't satisfied when we completed the work, then why did you pay us after seeing how the new shingles looked? If you would have required a different scope of work such as requiring matching shingles then the contract would have been a high dollar amount. When we gave you an estimate, you were looking for a cheap repair price and did not want to pay more for us to match. Remember that there's no shingle available on the planet that will match your old dirty shingles! Remember that all Roofing companies are governed by law with written contracts, which is a lesson that everyone needs to learn before you hire a Roofing company. Roofing Pioneers will always follow the laws in the state of Florida and that's why I am a member of the Florida Roofing Association to make sure that I run my business ethically and not be taken advantage of customers pressuring me to do work that is not in the contract. My company Roofing Pioneers has been in business since 2009. Roofing companies are heavily regulated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, while at the same time customers are not regulated of how true their statements are. I have responded to all bad reviews on Google to what I promised in my contract and none of them have been honest to correct their 1 star reviews because customers are not held accountable to their false claims. Don't trust any false claims and remember that customers like to create lies as a bargaining tool to get what they want for free. I will not let a customer take advantage of my company so that I can stay in business for as long as I live and keep guaranteeing the industry best 25 year labor warranty on all new roofs.

  Had a poor customer service experience here. The final invoice did not match our initial agreement regarding the work performed, and I encountered issues getting support when addressing the problem. Disappointed with the overall service and would not recommend.

  You have the wrong company. Please correct your review immediately! I have never talked to a person named Frank Grimes. How am I rude and provide poor customer service when you never hired me??   This company is comprised of con artists. I have never in my life had a worse experience with a company of any kind than these people. They did the roof to the house I bought a year before I bought it. We moved in and started noticing dips in the roof. Turns out they did a bunch of shortcuts and just flat out didn’t do what they were supposed to. We have had more than 10 roofers and inspectors come out. I even paid for a full report from an inspection company to inspect the roof and all have said the same thing, the installation on the roof was done so poorly that it has to be replaced two years after. When I tried to reach out to roofing pioneers, they told me they would not help I had to pay for a brand new roof. If you care about the well-being of your family, do not use these people. My neighbors had told me that they had watched the roof being installed and already knew then something wasn’t right because The shingles were already lifting within weeks of installation. Several licensed roofers and inspectors have also told us that the cricket and all the roof work around. The chimney was put on backwards so water now flows inward instead of away from the chimney. They claim there was a shingle defect. However, several people said that was not the issue. The real issue was the installation and the workmanship. Anybody can pass workmanship right after the job is done because it looks brand new, but the true value of someone’s work shows when the roof starts going bad mirror months after installation. this company is a complete fraud and I advise anyone looking to have work done by them to look elsewhere because not only will they ruin your roof, but they will also not assume any responsibility for their mistake and they will not fix it unless you pay for a new roof. Also I didn’t hire them the people who I bought my house from did, so they did in fact put the roof to my house on . These people are a complete fraud and will completely screw your roof up to take sho

  We never worked for you and you made up a lot of lies. Also your inspection company doesn't even have proper license to make such false exaggerating claims against us. Also the chimney wasn't part of our scope of work and the shingles have a manufacturer's defect, which you can't blame on us. Our workmanship was approved by the building department's inspector and the seller's inspection.

  Please note that we did not have a written deadline on the contract. The owner is trying to hold us liable to a word of mouth pressure when we tried our best under the circumstances with weather delays. Also the roof vent has it's own flapper to prevent animals from coming in. The building inspector requires us to remove the screen to prevent lint from block the exhaust of hot air. Please note that Roofing Contractors are only responsible for replacing roofing material on top of the roof. We are not responsible for doing mechanical work in your attic, which is the responsibility of your HVAC Contractor. We currently keep all of our customers happy with an A+ rating with the BBB and we have a full insurance policy covering the entire company for workman's comp, General, and automobile liabilities. We use the highest quality materials for commercial and residential.

  Your leak is coming from the skylights. You don't have any real proof that I'm wrong. The skylights are very old and the you didn't pay to replace the skylights when the roof was replaced. So before you state false claims get me real proof. I am a local Oviedo Roofing Contractor and we take care of all our customers with honesty and integrity and have been in business for 12 years. I'm also a building contractor and Civil Engineer. So beware of people who don't state the full facts online.

  After many missed appointments, they finally came to repair my roof. This was after days of me sitting and waiting for them to show. They were always hard to get a hold of. They also sent me an invoice for less than I paid and I had to call 3 times for a correct invoice. The patch failed after 2 months and when I try to get them out to check their work and see why it is still leaking they will not return my call. So frustrated with their service and they do not stand behind their work.

  It's important to note that we were extremely busy after a Hurricane! Also I wasn't directly notified so I assume that my project manager handled it since you never contacted my office directly, which means that if your roof was still leaking then I would have heard from you. All it takes is a phone call to my office so that we can work things out as detailed in the contract.

  Jared Conte is a thief, please please please stay away. It will save you and yours tons of heart ache. He gave us a 10 year craftsmanship warranty and went back on it. I am in the process of collecting documentation to take him to small claims court.

  As an update, the customer is satisfied with all our work and we were promised a good review to correct the bad review, which has not happened yet. I'm not a thief and we have been in business for 12 years making every customer happy with an A+ rating with the BBB and we have a full insurance policy for workman's comp, General, and automobile liabilities.

  Requested a quote for a repair. Service tech was very pleasant but slow to show. We agreed on a price via texting but the offered contract kept showing a different price and not the previously negotiated work. This is a small repair, not a new roof job. I am guessing Jason does good work but I could not get anything nailed down with them. Note: I have not actually had them do any work. I was willing to hire them but gave up on getting the contract after the incorrect contract was sent to me 2x after we agreed.

  Roofing Pioneers did a very nice job. Their crew was polite and professional. They started early as promised, and completed it around 4 in the afternoon. The crew cleaned all of the roof debris. As roofs need to be replaced every 15 - 20 years in Florida, I will have Roofing Pioneers do my next replacement.

  We got a roof from them several years ago and did not hesitate to use them again when we needed a roof on a second property. We had a small problem and Jared took care of it. The quality of work and customer care is awesome! Highly recommend!
